Capital O Hotel Srinivasa Residency

Zero maintenance. Room was full of pungent smell. AC also works left and right side but not center. A cockroach on bed. Bedsheets doesn't look washed properly. Broken windows in bathroom. Don't trust the images. Definitely they are taken when hotel was inaugurated. They used a long mat to cover the broken tiles on floor. Definitely not for family. Hey OYO am not willing to share any details with you. But I can assure you i had to stay only because my darshan timings were close and I ended up paying money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. They showed no willingness to assist or even communicate politely. On top of that, hygiene standards were shockingly poor — the rooms were not properly cleaned, and common areas looked neglected and unsanitary. For the price they charge, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here and certainly won’t be returning.

Appalling Behavior from Management – Completely Unacceptable If you value basic decency, do yourself a favor and avoid Hotel Srinivasa Residence. The staff were shockingly rude, but the real shock came from the hotel manager himself—whose behavior was downright hostile. He used foul and degrading language that no guest should ever be subjected to, and it wasn’t just unprofessional, it was downright abusive. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially not paying customers. The management’s behavior was disgraceful, and the hotel has clearly abandoned even the bare minimum standards of hospitality. Disgusted is an understatement.

Nearer to Tirumala Alipiri Tollgate only thing is they didn't given Blanket i asked for blanket the Receptionist said you go i will send with Boy No one came . Rooms and AC was fine with the price

This hotel location is very accessible but the hotel maintenance is so poor and the manager is very rude only asking about the checkout process we literally asked them to change the dirty bedsheet for 2 days but they never changed, not recommended for family especially those who are having kids

Very near to Balaji bus stand and alipiri. Hot water for bath and drinking water is available. The hotel can be better if the room is well cleaned and without cockroaches and ants.

This is the worst stay I have ever checkedin..I have seen 2 to 3 people complaint when I was in reception to complaint ..initially they said will accomdate with 1400 3 ppl after said 300 for extra bed.AC Not working properly.worst Receptionist behaivour all employee here are tried to scam people in different ways.this is not fair and I would recommand plz avoid to this stay.especially not recommanded for family.

Worst service ever had in my life.Manager is speak one thing at the time of booking and at the time of vacating he is speaking another thing.Don't visit the hotel never ever. Management peoples are behaving rudely with the customers.
