Capital O Hotel Srinivasa Residency

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Prior to booking, we were assured of flexible check-out timing, but this promise was denied upon check-in. The room lacked basic amenities—no water, soap, or towels. Despite repeated requests, they eventually provided a towel that was visibly old and dirty, which was completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism and disregard for guest comfort is shocking.

I had a terrible experience here. We checked in at 10 am and paid 1500 rupees, expecting to stay comfortably overnight. However, to my shock, the owner asked us to leave at 10 pm the same day! This was completely unexpected and left us feeling cheated and disappointed. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and reliable stay

It was too bad, I just can’t refer to my enemy too. No hot water, no AC working, toilet leaking, broken bucket, used bed spread and blanket, worst staff behaved, floor mat was stinky, toilet tile were too dirty.

I was denied from check-in that to on 4:40 a.m in the morning. After coming all the way to the hotel. Are you people running some shop means kindly shut down your hotel & stay home You people are harmful for the people who look for a stay who have travelled from other cities

I wish there was ZERO stars. I would have given that. I had booked this hotel for my 2 day visit to Tirupati. It is one of the Worst Oyo I have ever visited. Few points to note: 1. They did not accept OYO reservation and charged us more than the OYO price. 2. They have old lift which is not even working, and they gave us room on 5th floor. 3. They did not provide soap, water, towel, intercom, AC, TV(no cable). 4. No room servicing in two days. 5. Worst part was the room cleaner was asking for money when we were checking out the hotel. And when we rejected to pay any amount. Then he went to our room to check and said room's dustbin is filled and it needs to be cleaned so they need money for that. I have asked question that "Is it guest responsibility to clean dustbins ?" No answer from Manager but the cleaner still shouting like a nonsense crazy guy.

Please be careful with all oyo hotels - this hotel show as it is linked with oyo, but it is not. I booked it in oyo and post that went for checkin but they said that we are not tied with oyo. What ever advance payment in oyo will be gone. You need pay in complete if you want to stay, but luckily I already enquired other (vihas inn) hotel, so I immediately moved to it post seeing their behaviour.

Asked for more price after went to hotel. I booked for 1050 and he asked for 800 more when I went. I am with family. Couldn't help but pay the money and took the room. Electical wiring is falling out of wall very dangerous

I wish I could give 0 stars these fellows don't accept Oyo booking even if it's confirmed. The property manager is very rude and illiterate he doesn't know how to talk. He pushes you to take a room for higher price though you have an Oyo booking or else he will ask you to leave from that place
