Cons: - Cigarettes and Beedis lying around (so, the place wasn't cleaned in a while) - Flush doesn't work (it worked only once but didn't work in the morning) - Floor was not cleaned (you could feel it when walking, but it's not easily visible because of the floor patterns; that was why we didn't notice the beedis on the floor) - Wash basin tap not usable Why 2 stars then? Pillow covers seemed to be clean and water flow was fine. They wanted Rs. 1000 for this horror. After bargaining, it came down to Rs. 700. Even that is overpriced. There is no shortage of rooms in this main street, and in Tirupati in general. Go somewhere else even if you are tired.

Stayed here for one night with my friend. Rooms were quite new but the bathroom situation was quite bad. Also you can get an iconic view of Tirumala here.

Worst place don’t come here, everywhere cigarettes and lots of mosquitoes in the rooms, it’s better to take lockers in Vishnu nivasam.

Rooms are congested. Not maintained properly. Leakages in washrooms. No air flow is there. These are not meant for 2 or 3 days stay. Just for one day it's fine. Charging a whopping amount in normal days, where as in festival seasons and on weekends charging almost double. No restaurant is there. Only advantage is, very very near to alipiri.

Worst hotel in the area. Not recommended to anybody.. Cleanliness is 0 point Maintenance is 0 point Behavior is 0 point Plz don't go there total waste of money
