Do not use this property. Tarrif is 1500 and room service is zero. Even normal drinking water is chargeable here. Toilets are dirty, rooms smelling, ac making noise, it's not a room it's a prison. Save money, save time...

I have stayed in this hotel during a visit to Tirumala with my family. We have booked 2 rooms for 1500 each. We arrived around 5:45 PM in the evening and booked the room. Next day while we went for tirumala darshan I informed the reception guy that we might get delayed by 1 or 2 hours, which I know he might charge something extra. But he was not ready to understand anything but charge another 1500 for each room even if we don't use it because our train was same night around 10 PM. His attitude and way of talking was rude and for which I didn't waste my time talking to him. These kind of people in Tirupati are only there to loot public. I recommend people who are traveling from different parts of India to boycott this hotel and never ever plan to stay here.

Hi, The receptionist is very worst and not providing proper response on the booking. Not sure why luggage is required to book room. Because when we told that we will pay the amount but that receptionist seems to be asking luggage even before booking. Pretty weird that receptionist is demanding luggage instead of money. Because of his rude behaviour we were searching for other rooms and we literally not satisfied this kind of customer service. People travelling from other cities may avoid this place due to that receptionist behaviour even though the lodge seems to be good. We all expect proper response for the money we are paying. I suggest you all to try other rooms. Thank you.

Worst experience so far, the staff is too rude and always asking for tips. Rooms are also not cleaned properly. The mattress they are having are pathetic, we were there with our family but our stay at Hotel Varun Residency made us very disappointing. Although they charged us heavily but they were not able to provide us the basic room facilities. I recommend everyone to do not go for this hotel if you are with your family.

Varun Residency - Opp Vishnu Nivasam, Tirupathi. We visited here on August, with my Elderly Parents and Family. Booked online for 3,500 rs and got the online Conformation, But once we visited there hotel at 11.30 PM (Night), the fraud receptionist sitting there uncashed my situation and demanded me 6,000 rs, However we requested him, He said directly to our face as " GET LOST FROM MY HOTEL". This hotel is a complete fraud and the owner is a major money scammer. I strongly advise against staying here. The room and bathroom amenities are in terrible condition, broken, and haven't been cleaned properly. It's a very unpleasant and unsanitary experience. ------ DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL, THET ARE MONEY SCAMMERS -----

Rooms are clean but shower are not working in any room and when I asked for it they rudely replied as they are just for show and staff will not do anything except of asking for money and tips ,even Behaviour towards the ladies and girls is not appropriate they will stair when they are going through reception area
