We had coffee at this place, and it was a pleasant experience. The coffee was excellent, and the dining ambiance was cozy and inviting. The service was commendable, and the hygiene standards were well-maintained. Additionally, the prime location adds to its convenience. A great spot for a relaxing meal and coffee.

Advantage is nearer to the railway station and the bus stand ( to board buses for Tirumala). The negative points are rooms are very small in size for the price they charge. It’s literally impossible to take bath comfortably in the bathroom. Also the wardrobe was broken and they should ideally get any such fixed before guests check in.

Neat and tidy place. 4/5 for cleanliness and 5/5 for staff. They are polite responsive and friendly. Food is decent, no complaints. Right outside Railway Station and bus stand makes it very convenient as well. Govindarajaswamy temple is walkable from here.

Good & comfortable rooms. This residency is located very close to the railway station hence 24 hours of taxi services are available in this area to commute around the city & beyond. Lots of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

The hotel is located very close to the bus stop and railway station. Rooms are good and the price is affordable. Clean rooms and very kind concierge/ guy at the reception. 100% recommended

It was very close to the Railway station and Bus stand. Parking is available in the basement. Staff availablity round the clock. Early check-in needs to be checked before arrival and can't be guaranteed in the weekend days. If available means you need to pay extra almost 50% of room rent even you need to check-in by 9am. I have not opted for breakfast so can't able to comment on that. Overall it's a nice stay with neat and clean living room and also washroom. Hot water was available all the time. Deluxe double room Comfortable for a family of maximum 3 people.(Room size is maximum 120 sq.ft) But cushion chairs are provided in the room(Room No.204) is not so clean.

The rooms were clean and neat but it can be refurbished to maintain its perfection. Location at a perfect place to commute around Tirupati. And That makes it a noisy place for your rooms. Be cautious on choosing the inside rooms, in case u want a quiet stay, as the rooms on the roadside full of traffic sound. Good for a family stay. Service team is good and consistent!
