This hotel is very close to railway station and Vishnu niwasam and bus stand for the tirumala. I paid for 2500 for ac room after which i get 500rs caution money back after check-out. They provided hot water in morning so it make more convenient for my family. Room and bathroom were clean.

Very worst ever staff behaviour reception staff & room service begging for tips money, Price was too high for night stay approx I checked in around 10:40 PM with my family & Checked out 04:30 AM totally they charged me 2000 for 6 hours, really this is too high cost wise - rest of rooms are clean but in bed spread & pillow all hairs & dirty & bad smell - wash rooms are very clean & neat, please Anyone dont go to this hotel this hotel is very worst & rude in service & staff behaviour especialy reception staff & room service boy are rude. I dont recommed this hotel for any stay at any cost, better stay near by hotels even price high is also ok I recommend.

ATTENTION OWNERS IF YOU WANT MORE CUSTOMERS REQUESTED TO CHANGE OR TEACH THE FRONT MANGERS TO BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS AND OTHER STAFF . we stayed @ hotel for 4 days rooms provided are not properly ventilated . suffocate in night and wants to change the room but they relucted to change my room the both managers are very very arrogant . i spent 7400 for the 4 days all the staff are greedy for tips .

The best thing it's near to the bus stand and every thing u get down outside the hotel.....if u have not booked a accommodation up at Tirumala....we can book here and stay here... reasonable and easy access

Hot water supply only up to 9 am Rooms also not much clean But the location is very good near the railway station only 200 meters

Room was good. Newly constructed hotel. Staff was good. But I had to shifted to another room 2 times in 48 hours stays. Suddenly the AC stops cooling at midnight, and then a stuff comes and says you have to change the room, because the room's AC is not working. It happened to me every night. That was very disappointing 😞. Behavior of the manager was not good.

It is a newly launched hotel, all the facilities are available in it. Their management staff are very friendly. Service is also very neat and clean. This hotel is very near to bus stand and railway station. For devotees who came to tirupati to visit Lord Balaji temple, it is very convenient to stay.
