Hotel Amaravati

Mostly we will go to Hotel Amaravathi directly, when we are in tirupathi. But now I am checking for other options, because of the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. The level of quality is decreasing and decreasing further. Rooms are not clear. Cockroaches all over room. Even they don't use room spray either to make room fresh.

When it comes to rooms they are dirty and worst with lot of cockroaches and bad smell. Service is worst as they keep asking for tips even though they dont do anything. Even the person in reception asks for money and he agreed that there are cockroaches Hotwater is limited and even that is not provided proeprly. Location is only the good thing about hotel. If you are planning to go to Tirupati with family, please try to avoid this hotel

Best service provided and staff are very much supportive with customers. The only problem was the room's cleanliness. The rooms are very dirty and smell very bad.

Worst hotel. Zero room service, they don’t pick calls. Advance amount is twice as much as the room rent, never seen that in any hotel even those bigger than this one. Untidy rooms! Worst ever.

As i was traveling with family to visit tirumala, i came across this hotel to stay as it was budget friendly, but one thing about budget friendly is the cheap management of the hotel.. The hotel staff including the manager of evening was very very rude and impolite with the customers.. Firstly they dont want to communicate with you in any other language other than telugu.. I understand they have the problem with hindi.. But English shouldn't be much of a problem for them.. The staff doesn't understand anything nor English nor hindi nothing, they didn't even cared. I stayed there for 3days & 3nights.. But not even once they cleaned the room even after repeatedly asking for cleaning.. The evening manager is very dangerous for the ladies.. He personally insulted my mother and grandmother as they were sitting outside the premises of the hotel as we were about to leave for station.. He in his language insulted them and asked them very rudely to leave and not sit there.. His luck was very good that during that time me and my father were out waiting for cab and didn't see the incident.. Because it would then have been very dangerous chaos. But over all very very bad experience about this hotel, The washrooms are broke.. The comod are broken and leaking.. Very very bad experience.. Also the evening manager didn't gave us the copy of the bill..

We have took two double bed room. Location wise very good, Windows broken, Most of the time AC issue, once turned on we can't turn it off, There's no water on floor. Rest room some washbasin no tape.

The place was spacious had good location and close to places where we can go for dining or take away. The problem was only with tv as many channels weren't coming properly. But yea few did come you can get a room here because of 2 things 1 it is close to bus stand and railway station which is hardly 5mins walk 2 the place is really close to restaurants for getting food. They do serve people to room if you want something but you can get it yourself.

hotel is near to the bus stand but we experienced very bad in room service and the person who will manage overall is very rude person. While booking they wont mention their rules and restrictions and later they will blame on us
