Ramsun Residency

Except nearer to station nothing is to be said about this residency. Cocroaches are there. Bedsheets are not clean. When asked they said that is the workmanship of washer.Fan regulater not working in the room. Service is very very poor.They don't put fresh bedsheets when new customer comes. No drinking water when asked they filled up in our empty bottle.Room boys (aged about more than 60 yrs ) are ready to ask for tips but not service oriented,may be due to their age factor.Parking is available. No of restaurants in the vicinity.

Shud be considered as last option, property rent is on higher side , but poor hygiene, cockroach and bed bugs infested. No care attitude on reporting to concerned person.|Expect a shower from the ac duct while entering the washrooms. Ac is fixed right above the entrance to washroom, Not regularly dusted, attenders seem to be drunk and lazy |But highly prompt on demanding tips

Nice stay. Big rooms, comfortable for 3 to 4 persons and 24 hrs hot water facility is there. At a walkable distance from railway station. Staffs are cooperative and service is good.

Worst Hotel to Stay and Hotel is filled with Cocorachs and Bed sheets are full of Stains and the Staff are very Arragont. IF you want clean and neat Hotel just avoid this Hotel

Hotel is at walkable distance from railway station and bus stand. Apart from that no advantages. Rooms are average. Toilets are not clean. They will not provide towels or water bottle. Rooms and toilets are not clean but better than other shitty hotels nearby.

Rating: 0/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying in Tirupati, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. *Issues:* 1. Unclean bedsheets with unpleasant odors, making sleep impossible. 2. Room infested with cockroaches, unbearable after lights off. 3. Filthy toilet, reminiscent of a public restroom. 4. Rude receptionist: unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. *Management Attention Required* The hotel desperately needs improvement in cleanliness, pest control, and staff training.
