The Reply from the owners depicts the inconsiderate behaviour and false allegations that our guests entering others' premises with the guards and caretakers and guests of the other bunglows around. Please do some Hospitality management/ Relationship management course as this attitude of yours is going to hamper your business in the long run. Stayed in this property twice in July and August 2024. Property is nice but behaviour of the owner is not appropriate and inhuman.Our first visit experience was good but disappointed the second time. We checked out around 11:20 am. Only my 4 relatives were sitting in their courtyard waiting for the cab till 11:40 . Both the owners talked rudely over phone that it's not their problem after checkout at 11 am. Even hotels and home stays allow guests to sit in their lobby/reception after checkout. Please be a more compassionate towards your guests.The new guests had not arrived yet and we were not inside their bunglow just waiting in their courtyard. The safety door lock was not opening when we returned at night. The staff took around 25 minutes to reach us from their home. Also, one of my relatives bedroom was auto locked and we were not provided the room keys by the owner. Visitors should be provided the room keys as they need to lock their valuables. The staff said it's 500 extra for gas charges. The owner should have told that we can't use the gas when they offered us the discount instead of locking the utensils which was surplus the first time.Each time I asked for utensils, the staff was so hesitant that he called the owner for permission every time for each utensil. The staff behaviour was very good and polite though. Stay blessed and happy. Will not visit your property again.

We were a group of 12 people coming together for our reunion party at Lonavala. Quads Villa served as a perfect location. The Villa is easily accessible and is close to the main city. The Villa is spacious with 3 bedrooms which easily accommodated all of us. Main thing was the Villa was very clean with clean washrooms and there was no foul smell being monsoon. Place has an outdoor seating and there were no mosquitos. Villa has a small kitchen equipped with gas stove, microwave oven and a refrigerator. Kitchen also has basic utensils for cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and provided with clean linen. Outdoor area on the ground floor can seat around 20 people with ease and has fans and lights. We placed food order for dinner and breakfast which was served on time and tasty. Especially the breakfast of poha and misal pav was delicious. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

I recently stayed at Quad's Villa, and while the location and ambiance were good, our experience was negatively affected by a few key issues. Upon arrival, we were not given the keys to our room, and without being informed, the room eventually locked. Along with the malfunctioning main door, this left both adults and children stranded outside for over 30 minutes at night. Some guests urgently needed to use the restroom but had to wait due to the lock issue, and there was no caretaker nearby to assist us. Additionally, we were slightly late for checkout because our cab got canceled, and we had to wait for a new one. Even though we were sitting at the reception and not inside the bungalow, we were still asked to leave. This instruction came directly from the owner over the phone, and there was no understanding or sympathy for our situation, which was beyond our control. While the staff on-site were polite, the lack of empathy from the owner left a bad impression. I hope management takes this feedback to improve both property maintenance and customer service for future guests.

We stayed at the villa for 2 nights , we where provided early checkin . The caretakers where helpfull and they provided us with milk and basic things . The villa is spacious , very clean and our family enjoyed the stay . The Host was very accomodative to make our stay comfortable .

Unfortunately, my experience with Quads villa was disappointing.While the property is mediocre in service/ cleanliness/ location, the host’s attitude was far from welcoming. Simple questions and requests were met with curt responses, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not to go in detail, I would not recommend staying here if you value good communication and a respectful host.

I with my family stayed at the Villa last week .The host arranged Dinner for my family of 8 people at a short notice .Most important was the property was neat and clean.It was fully equipped with Gas stove ,AC ,fridge ,oven and cutlery.Our family enjoyed the stay at the Villa.

Quad's Villa location and rooms are nice and reasonably priced. Good choice for family and for 12-14 people.
