The villa can accommodate 12 people easily and located near Lonavala station which has three bedrooms with attached toilets and one common hall. The villa has its fridge, and gas cylinder in case if wish to cook on your own. The pool is disappointingly very small and can accommodate max to max 6 people at a time and not more than that. The caretaker is very rude and redundant and he won’t even allow you to stay back after the checkout. Verdict- too expensive for the amount of facilities they provide.

One of the worst experience. This villa's rent was too overpriced and totally not worth it. Very unhygienic and no cleanliness maintained in the property. We visited in monsoon and there was leakage everywhere, there was power cut off as well. It was so worst that we had to move to some other property by the evening and stay somewhere else. We fought alot with the owner to not fool customers like this by showing brand new pictures of the villa over Google and disappoint them in person by giving a depreciated property with no maintenance.

Worst Experience!! Guys, beware! 5-star reviews and photos are not real. People please stop giving fake reviews, as it’ll misguide the people. The house is definitely not what is shown in the pictures and the pdf. It has fallen into disrepair. There was no cleanliness at all, the kitchen was terribly dirty with grime accumulated on the cutlery, vessels, drawers and oven. Worst of all they don’t even have TV there! No swimming pool accessories as shown in the picture. TT table is broken. The sofa set in the hall is torn off, you can’t even seat properly. They have only two bedrooms in the upstairs, bcoz the third one which is in the ground floor is just a little room, no windows, no cupboards, no table, no attached bathroom, just a room with dirty cushions named 3rd bedroom. They provide no toiletries, towels only once which are not cleaned just sundried after used by previous customers. No mirrors in the rooms. Pool is very small and you can use it only a day you arrive, if staying for a day, next day pool is not allowed in the name of chlorine is all set and all. Music system is also for name sake, not working properly. We didn’t used barbecue, so no clue about it’s working conditions! Top of all caretaker is only for name sake and that also upto 6pm and disappeared whole time. As so many mosquitoes were there, we pleaded Mr Amol for a Goodnight, towel, cleaning the place but he lied us whole day for just a goodnight and towel. After whole day’s pleading owner bought goodnight for us. And yes there’s No security guard at night, you’ve to live at your own risk. We got locked the door by our selves at night. Height of un maintained bungalow is that we got locked in the bungalow, no one to help us, after 2 hours juggling we able to open the door. There’s junk and leakage everywhere, I’ve a feel of staying at some worst Dharmshala for free of cost. No enjoyment, just cleaning the place, pleading for something or other things etc. And yes, most important thing be prepared to wait for 40-50 minutes for a cup of tea, which you have to order from somewhere, as caretaker will not prepare a cup of tea at bungalow, even if you are ready to pay!! Actually it doesn’t afford a single star.

Well maintained bungalow. A perfect for weekend stay! Swimming pool is small yet enough! We did have barbeque in the evening. It was fun! Loved our stay! P.s try to keep water out of the house (especially when you come inside from the Swimming pool) or else the floor and stairs become too slippery.

Decent Villa. Around 5kms from Market. Extremely clean interiors, big rooms and clean bathrooms, plenty of board games available for leisure. Service is very slow, so don't expect much. Absolutely nothing in vicinity so either cook on your own or order (even tea not available nearby). Compound not as big as seen in photos, it is only the interior bit thats good. Pool is also barely 12 Ft, so as good as not there. Depends on your requirements. If you want to sit inside a villa and enjoy then it is ideal. We felt it is too costly though as compared to other options with bigger compounds and better surroundings.

Love this villa!!! Stunning views and the pool is so fun! My husband and I had a great time, will come back with the family soon. We also had the option of private catering, the food was amazing, better than any restaurant. Great experience!

This small but elegant bungalow located quite close to old Mumbai Pune highway is charm. Suited for small groups and families of 5-10 members, this place has all amenities and facilities needed - Fully equipped kitchen, Barbaque, Carrom, TT, Badminton, mini Swimming pool, small lawn (artificial). The place was very clean and well maintained, and the caretaker Jeet is very helpful. Will ideally give a 4.5 star rating.

It was a wonderful experience. Its homely and best for family stay. The nature and aura arround the villa was so calm and pleasant. The caretaker was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this villa if you ate planning for a good stay lonavala
