HemPriya Villa

The stay is cosy and clean and near to all the attractions. The society is quite safe, the pool small but clean and the caretaker Akshay took good care of us. He also arranged a home-cooked breakfast for us. We stayed there with two kids and a senior citizen. We had an amazing time!

Great place for hanging out with friends and family. It has the dual advantage of being very near to the market and also being secluded for privacy. The cook prepares amazing food. Hitesh is very always available over the phone or in person and takes care of all the needs. Have stayed for a few times with friends and always had a very pleasant experience..

One of the best stays we had. The owner is very polite and attentive to the needs of the visitors. Even the caretakers were very well mannered and helped us a lot. Over all it was a very pleasant and fun stay. Rooms,bathrooms,beds,pool everything was upto the mark in terms of cleanliness and presentation

I have stayed there 5 times, it's superb property with a swimming pool in an amazing area which is near main market but it's still located away from all noise of Lonavala. Owner Hitesh has always been cooperative, his charges are lower than that of other bungalows and this property has a pool too which makes me book his property frequently.

Visited this villa in Sep 2021. Location is a big plus. Villa is comfortable, host Hitesh is pro active and the care takers Rohidas and team are very helpful. There are 4-5 villas together in which one of the villas is HemPriya villa (2bhk) Everything is comfortable, tata sky recharge was done on request, one of the few places where wifi is provided. There was no issue with hot water except for one bathroom. Pool is cleaned daily. No issues with kitchen and cleaning stuff. Only small point is parking. If you have multiple cars, the parking shade fits only 1/2 cars at max. But the outside road is not busy so cars can be parked there. Pool is a bit small but it is as per pics Overall a wonderful stay for a group of 7-8 people. View from top floor terrace is amazing during rains. Posted a few pics of view from terrace

Went here with my friends. Villa is cute but swimming pool was really small. The service was very slow. Some problem was there with water supply. They charge extra for food and coffee.

Wonderful villa, nestled in serene and quiet neighborhood, away from hustle and bustle of Lonavala town, which by the way is just 2 km away from the house. House is fully equipped for a family stay. Pool is well maintained and view from the house is amazing. Caretaker Rohidas is very prompt, Hitesh is always available online to help you out if you need anything.
