StayVista at River Song in Lonavala | 4 BHK Premium Villa

The property is great. The place was even better than the pictures that were uploaded. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and to have a great time. The place is ideal for both family as well as friends. The only and the biggest drawback is the service. The help was new. I was chasing them for a week to figure out the food options, and though they did respond it was after following up and we ended up not booking the meals from them. If you haven't booked the meal in advance, you will not get any food / beverage service from them, however small. We wanted some tea and snacks to be made, wasn't possible. Eventually we had to get that too from outside. There was no electricity for a good 8 hours but the inverter was in place and the AC's worked well all through. We had one more issue though, the jacuzzi had electrical issues and couldn't use it as much as we'd have preferred. To their credit, they sent across an electrician who was working on it for some time. In summary, the place is great, figure out the food part by constantly badgering the manager. You are sorted post that.
