SAM'S VILLA

Okay so here is our honest and most genuine review! We loved the quick response that we received from the host. She was very helpful and very approachable and we appreciate that. The villa was nice ( apart from a few leakage / minor maintenance issues ). The view was incredible. The room on the top floor was amazing! Having said that, we didn’t have a very nice experience with the house help. She wasn’t as helpful as we would have expected her to be so we found ourselves figuring out a lot of things ourselves. The location is slightly secluded and hence a little difficult to reach other places if there is no private vehicle. Overall a good experience. We appreciate the host for being so prompt!

This place as it looks is not at all party friendly. We were a bunch of friends meeting for diwali party and having fun playing tambola. Sadly people from the premises came late at night yelling at us and ringing the bell and saying not to talk loudly as it was late at night. The purpose of booking an airbnb is we wanted to all stay together and have fun. None of the purpose survived. Also they took the advance money and security deposit so that at the end they can deduct the expensive food for no reason. Overall although the owner is very very nice stay is very unpleasant. If you happen to stay here make sure to sleep by 11pm. No talking post that. Eat no salt food and pay expensive price for that food which they will deduct from the security deposit.

Great villa with stunning interiors. This is a 3 bhk villa suitable for a group of 6 to 8 people. The highlight of this villa is a bedroom with a glass ceiling which gives you an amazing view at night and in the rainy season. Also there are many decorative corners to click on good Instagramable pictures. The caretaker was extremely helpful we ordered food from him instead of an online app and it was too good. The experience was not as expected. Firstly, we were informed that the swimming pool is shared between three villas however, it was shared between more than 10-12 villas. Secondly, the rooms were not clean enough and the living room is a bit small for larger group. Thirdly, the top floor room is beautiful but without air conditioner it’s difficult to have a peaceful sleep. Also, there were many insects and lizards inside the rooms. Expected a better stay at Sam’s Villa.

We visited here over the weekend for a family vacation. The stay was amazing and relaxing. The rooms were clean and the host is super responsive and ensures you have a comfortable stay. The view from the sky view room was just mesmerising. Would definitely visit again in the future.

We booked the villa for 2 days and it was beyond our expectations. We did not face any issue and staff was helpful too.Host was always available on call. We will definitely come back again.

Owner is cooperative and responds immediately but the villa was not cleaned properly, bed sheets were dirty, rooms had insects, games had insects.. got quite disgusting. Interiors are good, food prepared by cook is decent

With a stunning panoramic view from its skyroom, the villa becomes an ideal choice for a family getaway. It has a variety of spaces designed where each of my family member found their own spot to relax and enjoy. The host is always available over a call, any issues are promptly and cheerfully addressed. Would love to visit again.
