StayVista at EL Cottage | Premium Cottage with Private Pool in Lonavala

BEWARE! This property of stayvista is a SCAM. Do not go by the pictures. This place is not even a bit like in photos. Stayvista really needs to upgrade the properties in real and not just work on its website and fool the customers. Zoom into the photos and see how badly the property is in real. Also one of their AC is not working properly and making noise. After paying 20K for the property and dissatisfied, when asked for refund they denied.

Edit: These photos are not of this villa - exterior and pool are different. The villa was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness, overall aesthetic appeal, and services provided. It was not luxury at all. Bed linen and towels were dirty and not up to the mark. There were not enough towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no tissue paper. All of this had to be kept on asking for. The pictures showed a boho, Greek look villa. It was just the photography, the villa is very small, it is well made but not well kept. There isn't enough comfortable seating for a group of 8-10 people also. It's completely on Stay Vista as the maintenance and management is on them. Forget thinking through the smaller elements that add luxury, basic things were not thought about. The caretaker informed us that the Stay Vista team had not visited since Diwali. We booked a long weekend and paid a huge price, but it was not worth a single penny. The only good part about our stay was the food. The food service was good but very expensive and honestly, Zomato delivers so you can skip that. There were a lot of leftovers as they fed us 4 times in a day.

Terrible experience through StayVista. Property was dirty, unkempt. Linen was worn out and had holes in them. The green areas had all cups and plastic bottles scattered around. On asking for toilet paper, they told us to check a room which had dust filled toilet paper. StayVista wiped their hands off it. Didn't help out in anyway. Just gave lip service. Caretaker had no capability to keep the house clean. Terrible experience and they charged us a bomb for this. Everything we touched was dirty. Tables had termites. Never again!
