**Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Your Resort** Dear Supreme Villa Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort. My experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered: 1. **False Promises and Unresponsiveness**: Despite making full payment upfront, your team failed to honor the commitments made during booking. Attempts to reach your staff were ignored once the payment was completed. 2. **Poor Maintenance**: The bathtub in our villa was leaking, forcing us to constantly wipe the floors to avoid flooding. 3. **Power Outage**: On 24/05/2024, the power went out at 3 AM in two of the villas, including ours. There was no power backup, and electricity was not restored until 9 AM. We spent the entire night awake, trying to contact your team, but no one responded to our calls. Even in the morning, our calls went unanswered. 4. **Unhelpful Staff**: We informed the caretaker about the power outage, who then relayed the message to the booking personnel. However, after that, all communication ceased, and our calls were intentionally ignored. 5. **Insect Infestation**: The resort had a significant problem with insects and mosquitoes. There were no arrangements in place to address this issue, making our stay uncomfortable. 6. **Rude Customer Service**: We tried contacting the resort from different numbers, but our calls were consistently ignored. It was only after we vacated the resort at 11 AM that someone answered our call. When we expressed our concerns, the staff was dismissive and rude. This level of service is unacceptable for a resort of your reputed standards. I request a full refund for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced during our stay. Amazing property and fantastic views. We booked 4bhk villa for 2 days and it was beyond our expectation we did not faced any issue caretaker was very helpfull I will definitely keep supreme villa as my first choice for stay and recommend to all

The villa looks good, but jacuzzi had no hot water, aquagaurd was not working, and the worst thing was that the gas cylinder was leaking. We have informed the caretaker about the same, and he was already aware of it. It was such a shocking experience for all of us having 3 kids with us. After the gas cylinder was fixed, we were relieved.

Stayed here on 24th and 25 April. Amazing luxurious villa with best in class amenities. Very polite and helpful care taker. Superb food from the menu shared by them at most reasonable price. It has very beautiful view. Looking to book a private villa with private pool, book it. Don't even think twice I would say. Thanks a lot for the pleasant stay.

Have explored a lot of stays at lonavla but this villa was the best one so far ., with good amount of space . Came here for the 2 nd time and it was an amazing experience. It has jacuzzi And a swimming pool. This place is absolutely kids friendly.the hygiene is very well maintained. This villa has a spacious pool with clean water unlike others. The bed and linens were clean , fresh and comfy. To add to it we experienced the best sunset view from the terrace 😍.
