Grandis (Anand) Resorts

It is like a lodge. Not a resort. The room and bathrooms are not up to the mark. The TV was not in working condition. No drinking water provided. Tea was not provided. I booked a room for 1 night with a charge of 2300 rupees. At this price, this is an utter waste of money. This is not a family friendly lodge. If the price is 1500, this room is ok.

Very very disappointing.... Hygiene was not at all maintained for food, unclean bed sheets. No electricity after 9.30pm- only a single bulb in the bedroom was working, no Wi-Fi, no TV, water heater was not working properly, hot water was unavailable. Food wastes were not disposed from the room till the time we vacate the room. Kitchen was unclean. Utter lose of money.. Only positive thing is staffs are friendly. Totally it was very bad vibe ... Felt like caught in a boarding school 🤦

Very bad rooms. Not even cleaning bed sheets. They will provide small room, only 1 cot and bed, nothing else. For 2 bed they charged 4250 for 1 day stay.. it is like lodge, not resort. Go for a good resort in this price.

Being a regular visitor to Vattavada, Grandis was my maiden stay. Good atmosphere and very supportive staffs. All the details were prooerly informed by the staff prior to check in. Its hard to find good and affordable food in Vattavada since there is not much restaurants available. Grandis provided nice food based on our requirements.

Worst experience ever i had. Charged 2500 for a night. Bed was not good, cot was broken. Food for a couple was served in a single plate. No water jugs no towels. And when we raised the concern their behavior was really rude. Never try this. This was on 14th feb 2021.

GOOD CHEATERS Worst experience with the management. I booked the room by paying an advance amount of ₹2000 but due heavy rain and land slides at Idukki during Pooja festival of 2021 we dropped the trip. When i called the person(Abdul gafoor), he told that some amount will be refunded. Till i haven't received any of the penny. Also now it has become like a daily morning routine to make a call to that person and he has never ever picked yet. Literally he(Abdul gafoor) is still cheating us.

The service was nice in this hotel. Rooms are ok actually but not up to a level of a resort. Consider developing🏙️

It was really an awesome experience staying there at Grandis Resort, Vattavada.. Staff was very co-operative , well behaviour and arranged all necessity we required.. Affordable price... Excellent food.. Thanks to Aji, Jain and Pranav.. Overall : Beyond expectation 👍
