Mountain Hut Resorts

We have visited this place in May first week 2024. Room is very dirty. no restaurant. very poor service. ordered food is not served in time. we ordered food for evening, but at 7 pm they told the cook is not in a condition to cook and we have to order it from out side. Breakfast served at 10 am instead of promised time of 8.15 am. attitude of staff is very bad. dining area table and chairs are not cleaned. once you check in you are like trapped in that location. you require around 300 meter jeep ride to reach the resort. but after check in they do not provide jeep to go out. Actually location is good. but management is very poor. we recommend to be careful when you book this resort.

Nice hideout at mountain hut resort,vattavada, for family as well as for bachelor stay....they have camp fire & kitchen facilities. good hospitality.. providing Jeep trekking also if needed. Nice mountain view...

This is one of the best stay which is available in Vattavada for families. I stayed here for one night..staffs are very friendly. I strongly recommend this resort..thank u team

My stay at Mountain Hut Resort was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it.

We booked 5rooms for 12th May and confirmed the booking on 6th May and when we contacted them for payment on 8th they said there is no room availability. NEVER TRUST THEM We also informed you that we are ready to pay we asked to send your account details and you didn't send them You said we have blocked it and will send it Immediately Isn't .it your duty to inquire with us even before taking another booking Because we have planned a big family tour with your trust Now you are cheating us.
