Last week we had been to this place. The tariff is on a higher side when compared to the facilities . It's not a big place. The location is ok , facing the mountains. The room occupied by us on ground floor was spacious and well maintained. The toilet is fairly large. But care should be taken to clean the tiles and the closet properly. The electric flush in our bathroom kept automatically working all the night which disturbed our sleep . We informed the staff in the morning itself. The food was good especially the morning breakfast. The staff very courteous and their service excellent

Edit - changing the rating to 1 star as there is no response to our request over the phone and even to the review too. Any good memories from the trip has been marred by their total lack of support once we left their place. Today is 16-Aug-24. More than 3 months since we visited your property. Me and family had a very pleasant stay with friendly staff and great service. The reason I have given 2 stars is because of the experience we had after leaving. We by mistake had left a few of our items behind in one of the cupboard drawers. The staff acknowledge finding the same and promised to courier the same to our address in Thrissur. We told them to send via bill collect on delivery or to just send the cost of courier and we will gpay to them. Also suggested sending the same down by route buses to collect by our agent. Unfortunately so far the same is still to be done after repeated follow up from our side and by the agent who had booked for us. We are surprised and disappointed as we did not expect this. We had stayed in your place on 5th May 2024. Today is July 19th. Editing there is no response till today. 17-Sep-2024. Still no reaponse. 28-oct-2024.

We a family of 10 members had a trip to vattavada last month and stayed @stephen's legacy..we all enjoyed it..The pool,camp fire, different games etc etc..Their food was too good especially breakfast and good service..

Rooms are not clean at all, pillow cover and bedsheet seems used. Not satisfied with the stay but the staffs were good

The location of this resort is really good, we can easily go with our car and we can have good hill view. Rooms are good but it is not well maintained, one of our rooms flush was not working. The breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner was only average. The chicken biriyani was below our expectations and it was over pricy. Staff behaviour was good and welcoming.

I am a driver and along with my guests they considered us as also human beings. They served me with the same delicious food and good service that they provided to my guests as well. More over it's a wonderful property at a very beautiful scenic place. Well maintained resort with play areas for kids and places to go around for trecking. Overall very amazing experience with the greens and blues. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. 👍💐

With such high prices for the rooms, it's thumbs down on the overall experience. We were expecting much better after going through the reviews and photos posted in the booking websites. Camp Noel was much better at the same price.
