Heavenly Breeze Beach Resort

We arrived quite late to a friendly welcome and got a clean room with a big double bed. The staff are happy to help and we did not have to check out really early the next day- as the room was free we ended up staying until 5pm and using the facilities. ||The room was really cheap, a one minute walk to the cliff and quiet at night. Nice places to sit and laundry was done really quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay.

Cosy place to stay. Cheap price but the room is kinda moist (and smells a bit damp). Overall thought about the venue is 'okay'. Location is a +/-3 min walk from the beach. The service is very good and staff is very friendly! We had the room with the double bed, with which you get 1 towel and a 1person sized blanket as standard. On request, you can get more. Kitchen is available on request to cook own breakfast/meal. Nice to get to know the staff / other guests better :d Good place for backpackers that plan to stay for a short while. +++ for staff

Heavenly Breeze is a wonderful place. I was there three years ago for a week and again three weeks ago. I stayed there nearly two months this time. In this two months I became friends with Alsin, the owner, Raj, the cook and Gautam, who does everything. They are very nice people and it is their first aim to make ones stay as comfortable as possible. They are always there, you can ask them anything and they try to make it happen. ||||The guest house is clean, has very good food (preetha cooks amazing). It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, when you know the shortcut. It is very quiet, in the front rooms are mostly travellers and in the back there are more families and couples. Every room has a very nice terasse with comfortable chairs and a table.||||I really enjoyed my stay and I miss them already very much!

This hostel is located in amazing Varkala, the place you never want to leave! I met so many fun people here, and had an amazing time. The staff are helpful and friendly, and its close to the beach and restaurants. The dorms are okay for the price, its the vibe at the hostel you come here for! :)

Cool place. Stayed at the female dorm for a week. Meeting new travelers and making friends is a plus. Friendly staff that are very helpful. Definitely recommend. 5 mins walk to the cliff. Really cool and peaceful and clean. Won't mind going back again and staying there. Best place for solo travelers

Its one of the cheaper hotels in Varkala, but dont expect normal hotel services. Its more like a holiday home, where though you have amenities like AC, wifi & geyser, regular room service like cleaning are not there. The attitude is very laid back, you can just sit & enjoy the environment, but drinking water you have to buy. In fact, compared to other places in kerala, this will feel like overcharging on the basis of the room given, but when 99% of the visitors are foreigners, maybe its expected. Using the back alleys, we can reach the cliff in 2 mins.

Very good value for money. We stayed here 4 nights in a private room and the room was very cheap. Good comfortable bed, a small balcony area and a fan. Room cleanliness is ok. There is also warm water in thr shower which is rare for a budget hotel in India! The location is good a 2 minute walk to the north cliff and all the restraunts.

My friend and I stayed there for three nights and it was really good! Super location, you can easily reach all the main areas. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was great. The tables on the porch are great for chilling and the owners are super friendly and make you feel at home.
