Sky Lounge Residency

Rooms were really clean. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The floor is mopped with mild floor cleaner. It really gives a fresh welcome to the place. And the doormats are also clean. They have food available as well in the residency. The area inside has good spots for photos. Beach is really close from here. Bathrooms were also clean.

Such a nice place to visit, Varkala cliff is at walking distance and all other beaches were nearby. Only disadvantage is in non A/C rooms there will be no geyser. Except this everything looks good.

Service : booked for 6 people but  bed allowed for 4 people rest 2 people not allowed, they said I have to pay extra for extra bed. Pathetic service. It was raining and we have to stand for 40 mints and after lots of arguments they agreed for 6 people They don't know how to give service Better look for some other hotel Costs are also high compare to other nearby hotels. Nobody was there to take care if u need anything like water food etc.

Best budget place to stay and its a walkable distance to cliff. They also have wifi facilities, Only concern was hot water in non AC rooms that too Manager Hansal has made arrangements whenever it required. They have pleasant atmosphere, Friendly staff and they guided with many options for sightseeing. Biggest thanks for HANSAL.

Services were not good as compared to the price taken. Property looks good from outside but services are not as expected. No hot water, wifi issue, less water flow in bathroom. Prices are too high for food and stay.

On arrival, we were greeted by Nikhil who instantly radiated a calm and positive energy, with a friendly smile. After showing us to our room, he even walked us to the main cliff area where the shops and beach access is which I felt was a really nice touch. The room was a good size, clean and nicely presented. The main points for us is natural light, air-con and Wi-Fi and this place had all 3. We loved this place so much we decided to extend our stay from 3 days to 3 weeks. We did a lot of research and the prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Despite the odd noisy guest at the weekend, the accommodation is really quiet and peaceful, with hammocks to relax and there is even a small roof top area where you can practice yoga and meditation. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and as an additional bonus, Nikhil has two sweet dogs who love a morning and evening cuddle.

Worst, pathetic .. experience..2 weeks back..We booked 2 rooms for 6 people...over here when we checked in ..and told them to provide extra mattress they denied to provide...and it was raining heavily we were standing with our luggage at night 9 pm and the hotel staff was not letting us enter the room n providing extra mattress...my parents who are senior citizen where standing in rain in the hotel campus..service is vary bad....rude behaviour, no cleanliness , nor manner.worst off all hotels we stayed in Kerala

Clean place, breathable, many activities possible and great suggestions from the manager. We never felt like paying too much, we had such a great time that we extended our stay, because we felt very secured. The location is PERFECT, just a few minutes walk from Varkala beach, and it's quiet and cosy (love the hammock!).
