Amazing property with lots and lots of amenities. The owner Roshan guided us well about everything around. Excellent service and support. One can't get bored here, they have lots of board games, TT, ping pong and many games in terrace. The ambience is really cool. The property is in walking distance from North Cliff, easily locatable. Overall, good and happy place to stay.

Absolutely one of the best stays near Varkala! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable staycation close to the cliff. The property is impeccably maintained, with stunning interiors that set a relaxed yet vibrant vibe. Roshan, the owner, along with his dedicated staff, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was delicious and felt like a comforting home-cooked meal. Roshan also guided us to some great party spots in the area and even extended personal invitations to join in on the fun. The stay itself is packed with activities — from table tennis, sudoku and darts to daily yoga sessions and even bachata dance lessons. There’s something for everyone, making it ideal for a refreshing retreat. If you're considering a trip to Varkala, this place should be at the top of your list!

I stayed here for 3 days . The rooms are comfortable and very tidy.. the owner Roshan is a friendly guy and cares for his clients.. very good location too as it's close by to the cliff area and the blacksand beach.. overall very satisfied with the place . 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This guest house was such a pleasant quiet and well taken care of place to relax and recharge. The location meant a 5 minute or so walk to the beach which was a refreshing change from the cliff atmosphere. The AC was great, the comfortable beds, hot good pressure showers and really clean. The upstairs was a good space to play ping pong and relax. The owner was really helpful and wanted us to have an enjoyable stay. The dogs were really friendly and taken care of. Thank you!

Stayed here today and the property is very clean. It's not just a home stay it truly does make you feel like home! The property owner guided us so well. If you are planning a trip to varkala, book your stay here and the rest is sorted. From the morning of your stay, they suggest you places to visit. They take extra care to make sure everything's okay and going well. They also suggest restaurants. We checked out an hour late, no questions were asked. We weren't asked to pay extra. Overall an amazing experience!

Booked a non-AC room at the beginning without realising. Thankfully AC room available for me to switch to in the tropical heat. Can’t fault it. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Rosa is a legend, will assist you with anything you need. Cool hostel style room on the rooftop with table tennis, desks, sofas, table football and even music instruments. Location situated 5-10m walk away from the busiest part of town, hence the 4* but I prefer to be away from the noise. If I come back to Varkala I’ll stay here again 100%.
