Maadathil Beach Resort

We had an amazing experience staying at Maddaghil Beach Resort. The property is right on the beach, offering beautiful views and a peaceful vibe. We stayed in one of their individual cottages, which was spacious, cozy, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and satisfying options, and the overall service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. There is no room service available, and the manager (Aslam) is very cunning and unhelpful. We stayed here for two days — on the first day, we were given a side sea-view room, but the next day, he made us vacate it claiming another customer was arriving, which wasn’t true. He deliberately shifted us to another room at a higher cost. The breakfast options are poor, especially for South Indian food lovers. Once the payment is made, they don’t even assist with the luggage. The only positive is the excellent view, which is a solid 10/10.

Review: Disappointing Service Despite Good Property The only good thing about this place is the cottage and its beach-front location. Beyond that, the experience was disappointing. Room service is not available, and they don’t offer South Indian options for breakfast — not even coffee is served in the room. After check-in, no one checks in or follows up to see if guests need anything. The staff behavior was unacceptable — very rude and unhelpful, which completely ruined the stay. Overall, while the property itself is nice, the service quality is extremely poor. Definitely not worth the room charges.

The way Mr. Aslam, the property Manager takes care of the guests is absolutely commendable. He is warm, extremely knowledgable, ever ready to help and find solutions for every guest. He is a treasure trove on local lore and legend and a pleasure to talk to. He runs the place with quiet efficiency. Right from an auto-rickshaw, suggestions for places to see and a taxi he has it all sorted. It was a joy to stay here. The room was beautiful and traditionally done with an amazing view of the sea.

This resort offers everything that one would desire in a resort while on a vacation or a short break to unwind. The location of the beach gives an astounding view for the ocean and of course the waves almost falling on you. In the roaring swell of the waves, one can find immense solitude and mental peace. In case you are soul searching, this place offers the most suitable environment. The staff adds a touch of a family with their ever courteous and warm welcoming behavior. This actually adds to the entire wellness experience of the resort. Further, the cuisine and the food, that one eagerly waits for, is also extremely delicious and cooked with a lot of love and care. An extremely great experience that I would recommend for all age groups, family and friends. Don't think twice. Just go ahead and enjoy.

Awesome experience ever. The staff was very friendly and great 👍. Mr. Aslam was very helpful with everything, be it your itinerary for places to visit, transportation, etc. Best place for beach stay and view. You can easily walk around the place anytime. This is the first ever time I'm giving 5 stars to everything. The menu was awesome. Whatever you try, it will be the best in town. Pick anything you want, and you surely will enjoy it. The room was very clean and well maintained, and all the amenities. Super cost friendly to the pocket as well.

Only cottage is good and it's beacg front property. Drive way is very narrow. Room service is not available. They do not have south indian menu for breakfast. Not even coffee ia served in the room. Once checkin is done nobody bothers to enquire about anything. The staff behaviour is totally unacceptable. Very rude and bad attitude. Overall i can only give good ratings for the property but service is very very poor.

Had a pleasant stay at Maadathil beach resort. Its simply a sea facing heaven where the rooms are affordable compared to the facilities and services provided. Their own restaurant was the top attraction which fed us delicious food with excellent quality. Staffs are so cooperative. Will recommend for those who seeks an amazing stay with family or friends.
