Green View Beach Resort

The location is quiet and terrific, close to the beach and also close to shops. The staff is very polite, the Indian food is freshly cooked with a different menu served every day. The Manager is very helpful but unfortunately, he cannot stop the misbehaving, noisy, and disrespectful staff of the attached Ayurveda Center. This is spoiling the quiet and harmonic atmosphere. ||Otherwise, it would be like staying in paradise.

The manager of the hotel made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. He showed few rooms and let me choose the one I want. I stayed at the place for 1 month and staff of the hotel made their best to make me feel like home. Here you may not find things like in luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for the nice experience in Varkala. Location is the best, just 2 minutes and you are in front of the sea. Here I got not what I payed for, but much much more, mainly love and care.

Worst hospitality ever.! Recently i take my office team 30+ members, Girls and Boys to this resort, But we face a horrible experience, the resort owner was drunk with his local friends and misbehave with girls in our team, Really they don't know WHAT IS HOSPITALITY. He think like he was provide free accommodation, we paid almost one Lakh rupees for three days. NO WIFI, NO DRINIKING WATER, UN CLEAN BEDS. There is no restaurant, and didn't allow outside food, then where we can eat. To all the type of travelers.. NEVER EVER VIST HERE. It will be the worst days in your travel history.

Unhealthy attitude towards the tourists by the resort faculty. Grumpy attitude towards the people travelling to varkala for the first time is not a desirable one, but this was what we had to face thru’ the whole trip.I admit that the rates were comparatively low/ flexible and Negotiable regarding the stay, but didn’t think that they d compromise the comfort.

It was overall a bad experience staying in this place. The stay started well, the manager in the resort was soft spoken and seems to be helpful but at the time of check out he didnt kept his words. The rent he accepted during check in was different and the rent he charged us was completely different. He started fighting with us asking for the increased rent. We ordered dinner from that place, when we asked for bill he said the dinner might cost around 1200 and he will provide the bill during check out. Later during check out he charged us 2000 for dinner. When we started enquiring about this he said food is costly and this has to be paid. Our entire trip was awesome expect this last bad experience. At last i ended up paying more than what was discussed before.

Total Rip Off! Unhygienic rooms, poor service. I was abused by the manager during checkout for asking him to explain for the unreasonable food charges. Its such a shame that such poor management exists in a very good tourist spot like Varkala and in a prime spot, which attracts foreigners. This will leave bad impression on all Indians.

Green View Beach Resort was at great location. Feel very happy after selecting this resort for our staying. Staff was very helpful and quick in service. Awesome service is one of the plus point of this hotel. Food was just like home very tasty.

Located in the middle of the main beach, quiet place, short walk to the main shopping areas and to the beach. People are friendly. Owner is a family man, personable. Food is prepared on site, some services are available.
