Wonderful to see the owner being outraged about services given to customers rather than acknowledging the fact. The owners so called rectifying the concern and calling the honest review as misleading is completely utterly careless and shows the services given .. having said that. I stick by to the reveiw ...that is it indeed a Pathetic place. I am being honest. The place is so horrible with the worst staff you can find . The rooms are filthy with fungus infestation. There is no food service here. No in house kitchen. They get it from outside and charge us double. There is nobody to supervise this property and the ones who are incharge are least bothered. Total scammed. I can post you photo with proof of what this people are projecting and pretending to run some resort with all the facilities

Perfect Nature Retreat! Had an amazing time at Edakkal Village Resort! The location is stunning—right in the middle of nature and just a short walk from the Edakkal Caves. The entire resort has a peaceful vibe, and you truly feel disconnected from the noise of city life. The rooms were neat, cozy, and offered great views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the local food—freshly prepared and full of authentic Kerala flavor. If you're looking for a calm, refreshing break surrounded by greenery and history, this place is definitely worth it. Would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Edakkal Village Resort. The location is beautiful and very close to Edakkal Caves. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The whole place is surrounded by greenery, which made the stay very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The food was tasty, especially the local Kerala dishes. Overall, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Definitely worth visiting!

I highly suggest this place for those who want to enjoy it with friends and family. Awesome vibes and the landscape of each and every cottage. Thanks to Edakkal Village Resort and obviously the edakkal cave is just under 3 km so staying here will take you to a few tourist destinations in closer times.

We had a pleasant stay at Edakal Village Resort. The hospitality of the staff was commendable, and the overall ambiance was quite relaxing. The room and amenities were well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. However, the complimentary breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and taste. The only major concern was the swimming pool, which had a greenish tint and didn’t feel inviting. Apart from that, everything else was great. Would recommend this place for a peaceful stay, but hope they improve the pool maintenance.
