Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Management We had stayed at Dazzle Edakkal Village resort for 2 days during Dec 28-29, 2024. We had a very disappointing stay. The service was extremely poor, with no staff available to attend to guests' needs. The rooms were cleaned at the last moment, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unprepared for our stay. The bedsheets and pillows were stinking and seemed to have never washed. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a joke – it consisted of just two items, both served in minimal quantities. It was far from satisfactory and did not meet even basic standards. Overall, this resort fails to deliver on the promises it makes. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Edakkal Resorts exceeded my expectations! Beautiful grounds, exceptional staff, and comfortable rooms. Plenty of activities and amenities, including a private trekking, pool, and much more. Unforgettable stay!

I had a very disappointing experience at Dazzle Edakkal Village Resort. Our group of six booked two rooms, and upon arrival, we were required to pay the full amount upfront. We expected a great stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. There were only three staff members for five families, and one person, Gokul, seemed to be handling everything. Although we were told we could order food from the resort, the staff informed us that they couldn't provide it upon our arrival. The pool was dirty, and the bedsheets and pillows were unwashed, making the rooms smell unpleasant. I later learned that the resort is planning to close in the coming months, and it seems they are just taking money from tourists without offering proper service. I also noticed they heavily promote "Dazzle Mount Resort" in Mepaddi, with claims of satisfied tourists. My question to the resort owners is: if you know the resort is closing and can't provide quality service, why continue accepting bookings and charging high rates? This reflects poorly on you. Instead of focusing on social media promotions, you should prioritize customer satisfaction, or you may soon face the consequences.

I just returned from the most incredible 3 nights stay at Edakkal Village, Wayanad. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with most care. Morning trekking is worth mentioning and overall our stay was good.

This place is very near to the Edakkal caves , and we have been there for one day , the room service guy is very Good and has good hotel management skills.
