IF YOU EVER READ THIS, DON’T BOOK HERE. The didn’t provide proper wifi for the entire stay. They kept lying to us saying someone’s coming to fix it. They took money from us quickly and tried to push us to the ‘worst rooms’ that they had. All the rooms smell bad, there’s insects and mosquitoes everywhere.

Madhumanthra Resorts offers a tranquil escape in a beautiful location in Munnar, Kerala. The resort is surrounded by nature, providing stunning views of tea plantations and mountains. The staff is helpful, special mention, Mr. Muthu selvam was very kind and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious, costly but worth. The rooms are clean, neat, and offer a good view, making for a relaxing and positive experience.

The property is situated in an excellent location, but the maintenance is extremely poor. Additionally, there is no restaurant on-site, making it inconvenient even for something as basic as getting a coffee. We can stay with friends but not with family it’s not recommended for family

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They advertise all kinds of amenities, but the reality is a disaster. There’s no dining area, no kitchen facilities, and the rooms and bathrooms are in horrible condition—dirty, outdated, and barely functional. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any complaints. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even for a short stay. It’s not worth the money or the frustration. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere

Very good resort. The way to reach the resort is adventure. Good road and parking facility is only 3 cars maximum. Very good road towards munnar from the resort that will be mind-blowing experience with the good climate. Bike will be more fun. Over all good.can stay with family

Beautiful and comfortable stay at Madhumantra. Food and the staff’s service were exceptional. Rooms were clean and the climate was just perfect. Balcony view was peaceful and the songs of the birds were soothing. There was a waterfall near the stay and we were able to hear the sound of the waterfall, which was lovely. We were skeptical about this place after reading some reviews, but it turned out to be the opposite. We went as a family of 12 and really enjoyed the experience. There were some reviews about bugs, we are surrounded by trees, what do people expect ? It is normal to have the bugs. It is understandable. Baijin and Vairamuthu were very good at their job, and took good care of us. Overall a great place to stay. Some beautiful falls nearby the stay. Do walk and explore these hidden gems.

Mind blowing, Cool & Enjoyable Stay I had a truly wonderful 3 days stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The hotel's services were good, and the staff's attention to detail was excellent. The food will be serving by them from their own nearby resort because they don’t have any kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
