Really good experience, the staffs were really good. The food was also good. The atmosphere is great, no much of sun, drizzling rain, always Moody, more over the best part is no network coverage so feel free from the phone call dramas. Wifi is available if you want to connect with people.

I recently stayed at this resort with my family and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness was poor, and the place didn’t have the feel or standards of a proper resort. Despite charging a high amount, the facilities and ambiance were far below expectations. The photos online were misleading, and the reality was completely different. When I raised the concerns, they said they would look into it, but it didn’t really help during our stay. Not recommended unless they seriously improve their standards.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The room was not well-maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. (I stayed for two days, not seen anyone for cleaning the room, checking requirements, etc. Feel like the management just wanted to sell the property, get the money and doesnt care the guest at all). Most of the furnitures were broken and very messy. Bath towels arrived only on the 2nd day evening after so much excuses. The staff response was slow and unhelpful when issues were raised, which made the overall experience frustrating. (I understand the staff do not have much support from management to do their job properly, even they tried for it) Unfortunately, it did not meet the standards I was hoping for, and I would hesitate to recommend this place to others. Couple of positive things which I could find, 1. Very polite behaviour of staff who assisted us 2. Tasty Food 3. As it is with in Laxmi estate, good for morning walk

It was a pleasant stay. Walkable distance from Tea estate. Staffs are polite and helpful. We stayed in double room Cottage. Rooms are little bit dirty and linens are stained. Apart from that the corridor, garden space are well maintained. Food is awesome.

Quiet and beautiful place. Spacious rooms and a view that makes them beautiful.staffs deserve special appreciation for providing delicious food and other facilities.

Clean and Neat rooms. There service is also good. Provide tasty foods in average rate. Especially there man Mr. Basil will support us very much. Property is away from town rush so you can enjoy nature with trekking and walk etc.
