📌Very very bad and worst experience ever. Even though closet doesn't have top and very untidy 🤢🤮 Ceilings are broken and The straps are coming out making the room very dusty🤦‍♀️and unable to sleep peacefully Unpleasant service

Very bad experience with their service and facilities. Heater, lights are not working. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows are not properly washed. Cheap services. Need to bring or order food from our side. TV units are not working. NB: No parking area. Your vehicle will sit outside and get all wet with snow and rain. And if your vehicle have cold starting issues, don't took a stay here.

I would not even give one star for this resort. By mistake, got this room , the pillow and its cover, bed sheet was horrible. It has not been cleaned or washed for more than 10 years. Rooms were very dirty, no lock in the wash room, if u go to the restaurant area, you will surely vomit by its dirty smell. never go to this hotel please for god sake.

It's just an average hotel with some decent rooms and views. However the service was pathetic, morning we had to wait about 2hrs to get water in bathrooms and another things is the road to reach this hotel is very narrow and steep. It would be better if they improve their services especially the morning water supply.

Very worst...no room service....no extra cot...rooms are not clean and no light in bathroom...then no proper response from room service....very very worst behaviour...i suggest don't go with family or friends...not even a single star for this very worst resort

Very bad service.after full payment we didn't see any one there.when we call the owner he didn't attend.electricity turn off every time.

Too too third class...false commitment..for hot water... restaurant had worse condition..never ever think for this place..
