Lakesong Resort

Wonderful location beside Lake Vembanad which made the resort feel very special. The resort has a really good restaurant,swimming pool and sort of a gym?. They have daily evening cruises on the lake which we experienced and enjoyed (no charge). Also free of charge bikes and a small boat which can only be used in the grounds of the resort. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A short stay is good if you just want rest and relaxation

A lovely start to 2 weeks in Kerela. We found the room spacious and clean. The grounds were beautifully kept and the pool perfect. It was wonderfully quiet. |Without exception the staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. |The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good variety of dishes from the varied Indian regions. |Special thanks to the restaurant staff Robin, Ranjit and Shine.

Great property , ambience and massage but pathetic service- Room with Fan making odd noise, gate not locking properly, bathroom jet not working properly.|Stayed in room 343- you guys need to work in this room. |Similarly keep some staff in restaurant- buffet dinner was a complete mess, I asked to refill things 2-3 times. It should not be so..|Money wasted staying here..

Very nice & great ambience.. Rooms are really good & the hospitality is too good.. They have a small boat to ride around the canal like.. The food served were so nice & especially the juices & milk shake which are served are of greater taste. Secured and neat property for your excellent relaxed stay.. Recommended..

Lakesong Resort is a very large sprawling resort located on the edge of a very large lake and amidst lovely tropical gardens. Rooms are very well appointed and spotless with chairs and settee and are very comfortable. The all-day restaurant offers an excellent array of options (Indian and European), including a buffet breakfast. Service from staff met all our needs.

This property is huge and absolutely perfect! It’s located so close to the water, which makes it even more amazing. It just needs a bit of proper maintenance, but overall, it’s a great place.

We had 2 days of our college 35th year reunion at Lakesong Kumarkom. The place was fabulous and they created a life time memory for us. Start to finish things went well as planned. Kudos to all staff both in front and back of the house. Thank you.

A Complete and Delightful Resort Experience This is one of the most impressive and well-rounded resorts I've visited. Spread across a sprawling property, it features spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. The variety of activities available within the resort ensures you never feel the need to step out. The standout experience is the canoeing on the resort’s internal canal network—a unique and serene way to explore the property. They also offer a complimentary boat ride on Vembanad Lake, which, while enjoyable, doesn’t quite match the charm and lush scenery of a traditional shikara ride through Kerala’s backwaters. Additional highlights include bicycle rides around the premises and a well-maintained swimming pool. The hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. The only minor downside was the tap water, which was quite salty. However, this wasn’t a major issue since the resort provides unlimited RO drinking water free of charge. Overall: An outstanding destination for a relaxing family getaway with plenty of activities and warm hospitality.
