People can enjoy an excellent stay here,especially when travelling with family

I booked two rooms for my family. It was budget friendly. The owner was quite affable and approachable. Always answered our phone calls.The only inconvenience I had was the bad quality of water.

Rooms are very old. No cleanliness. No proper maintenance. Very unhygienic beds. Very worst experience i faced.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for one day here the one who owns n manage this property are really very friendly nd good at nature. They were very polite cause our checkin time was a bit late but he managed to make it smooth. Do try there breakfast in the morning it was freshly made nd at very reasonable price.

Such an amazing stay. The location and the atmosphere of the property is well maintained and the behavior of the owner and family is polite. I had a great time while staying at the property. Room and other facilities are nice. Recommend to family and couples . Attractive part is the nature friendly cottages and the mind refreshing ambiance..

We booked standard rooms for two families. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Budget friendly. It's very near the lake. Very good ambience for such cost. Happy to have stayed here during my allappey trip.

Beautiful cottage rooms. Nearby to all the tourist place. Host behaviour is good but he charged us extra for water bottles. While resort doesn't charge. Parking is available. Navigating to this place is difficult because it's located inside colony.

Booked through make my trip . Rooms and washrooms were clean and well furnished (good ambience and room interior). Television and phone room service facility were not available , so it's more like a homestay than a hotel. Cottage which they provide are large enough to accommodate 4 people in a single room. A bit far from beach and market so location wise I wouldn't recommend this. Overall it is good for a decent stay with affordable rates.
