Oxygen Resorts, Alleppey

This hotel is a total SCAM !! Don’t ever book this property . They have no WiFi in the rooms , after 4 calls to the Recpetion , I was each time told we are checking . No fix was provided during the whole stay . Houskeeping guy on being asked to replace the used glasses , started washing them in our toilet !! Just alarming For ordering French fries , I was told they will take 40-50 mins . Like really ? Even better part was , at 9:15 pm ( kitchen closing time @ hotel is 10 pm ) I called to order Maincourse in room service . I was told that we are very busy , so u have to come pick your order up from the restaurant . The story is still not over , in the breakfast I was told that they don’t have butter , I really want to ask the owner of this hotel , why are they even operating?? Paying 5000 per night for such service is intolerable . DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVEN BY MISTAKE !!!!

The place is decent enough to stay. Good location. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff are very polite.. special thanks to Anita (at the reception) who was so sweet to us and heeded to all our requests. Overall, we had a good time at the resort. If the management can look into maintaining the resort even better than it is now, it would be the best place anyone would want to stay.

Slightly away from city. Close to KSRTC Bus station. Close to Boat jetty. Nice people.

My office team and I went there. It was obvious to me that the resort was run with a great deal of care and attention to detail. The staff members were very knowledgeable and eager to help us with any questions or concerns that we had. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Additionally, the facilities at the resort were top-notch, offering plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy.

We are staying in this resort from past 3 days.The staffs working in oxygen resorts are so flexible to customers. Their services are always very good. Totally satisfied.The services and foods in the restaurant are always very good. The only drawback to mention is to keep the swimming pool much more cleaned.

Horrible. Less lights give you a sense of a haunted property. Bathrooms were equally bad. Restaurant is good. But hell lot of mosquitoes everywhere. Room size:- big enough. Market accessible. But overall not a great experience for the price to be paid. Highly overpriced.

The hotel has a great location, however is very basic in terms of quality. The room toilet seat was broken, there was a large cockroach in the bathtub. An insect was found in the bed. Dont expect a true 4 star hotel, it is more like 2 or 3 star at best. There was no room service during our 2 night stay. However staff were polite and friendly.
