This is a great location! Right across, you can find the beautiful backwaters, making it perfect for enjoying a relaxing backwater trip. We chose this place for a special occasion, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff members made it even more memorable with their friendly and approachable attitude. Communication with them was smooth and easy, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.

Congrats to the entire team for the excellent service. Staff were extremely courteous and polite. Great location and marvellous facade architecture. Facilities and services were superb too. Notable mention is the ayurvedic massage spa. The consultant and therapists were highly knowledgeable and skilled. Food was good but could have added more options, especially for the dinner buffet. Rooms were okay but showed signs of ageing. Could do better for a 4 star facility with a bit of maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us and we would recommend this to families.

For special attention of tourist guests For the driver of the vehicle you are traveling in, you should check whether the bathroom used by the driver of the hotel where you are staying is hygienic or neat....... Because if the bathroom is not clean, many bacteria can reach you through the driver using that bathroom and cause many diseases....... Also check if the driver has good sleeping facilities........ Because 90% of your life safety is in his hands until this journey is over. If he doesn't get enough rest, he will fall asleep while driving and have a car accident and there is a very high chance of losing your life.......... So you should pay special attention to these two things to book a room in hotels that DCP

No doubt hotel is big and lavish. Rooms are spacious. Food is also good. Hotel location is very near to backwaters and shikara rides. It becomes very crowded when school or org trips book the hotel

Prime location to board/deboard the Shikhara or the nearby Houseboat boarding area. Service is good as far as breakfast buffet is concerned. They cordially assist you during the buffet. Wasn't able to experience their other services like the pool, spa or hospitality in general. Rooms are big, but the bathroom is quite small. Moreover, the drainage was functioning well enough in both the rooms we had booked. Note - there are NO rooms with a view of the backwaters or the canals. Overall - good choice for 1 night stay, however maintenance of the rooms can be improved upon.

Very poor service. You have to call multiple times to get the things. Towels are torned. Rooms are not well maintained. Bath tubs are very dirty. Hospitality training needs to be given to the staff. Only the facade is attractive. Complete renovation is needed for rooms and service staff. No coordination between front desk and restaurant. Avoid at all costs!!

Location close to backwater boating point, proximity to markets and beach. Rooms did not have door bell, a bit old building but overall clean rooms and good service by courteous staff. Tasty food at restaurant and they have gym, pool and ayurvedic spa facilities as well.

The resort is having lack of basic resources like split ac, beds, most importantly mosquitoes coils or refills etc. The Towels are so bad and the beds are so uncomfortable. We feel power fluctuations throughout our stay at hotel. Infrastructure of resort gives a good feeling but Overall very dissatisfied with the staff and service are not upto the mark. We need to carry luggage at our own to the room. On the occasion of Diwali, a group of 25 individuals, including myself, made a request to the management/authorities to permit Garba playing for 10-15 minutes only, but our request was regretfully denied. Overall I would not recommend to visit.
