the worstest hotel in life of 54 years, manager and staff were very much arrogant as if it is customers need to stay at their hotel they are in no need of customers, Rooms and toilet was very dirty. bed sheets were not clean

Too Rude Receptionist, Doesn't want to understand anything. Rooms were okayish but bathroom was too bad, leaky taps, broken toilet seats , leaky flush. Only costly and not having good service.

Room was value for money. Staff were also good. Very near to temple and restaurant. Special thanks to chai wali just outside hotel , she was very nice and has answer to every query regarding the city.

Good for an economical stay. The best perks is that the room is allowed to be used for 24 hours. I checked in at 10pm and checked out at 4pm. It is also near the Temple and Agnee theertham/ sea. But, there was no wifi service. We have also got a good vej restaurant(SDM and Meera) in the nearby area.

Recently renovated, rooms were clean, small but neat. No hot water facility inside room. You have to get it from the common tap outside room. That's the only issue. No mosquitoes thank fully. Staff is nice.

Very bad customer service, they make us check out early and when with my family we sit outside they told us to leave the hotel and stand outside of the hotel with my family, very very bad behaviour by the hotel person and staff. Zero rating for such bad experience.

Very bad customer service. They have zero professionalism. Not concerned about any of the problems raised by the customers. Frond desk staff doesn't have politeness (especially evening staffs), showing rude attitude. It's not customer friendly.

We took this option as the were limited options for a night stay at Rameshwaram.... Place was near and clean and the service was helpful... People did speak in Hindi which was helpful
