Very very worst rooms and service. They have generator but they dont on them

We were just cheated by them. Online rates and their offline booking rates were totally different. They don't have proper electricity for whole day . They cut electricity for more than 4 hours out of 8 hour stay . They don't provide fresh bedsheets or fresh and dry mats near bathrooms. We requested them several times and yet they don't give any response. The manager person is main culprit here, he would act like he doesn't understand you and will not respond to any of your queries or complaints. i have called several times but he didn't response . when we ask for proper electricity their staff came and talk very rudely .Their staff have an attitude problem. They are ready to fight also . even they ask to leave the room as early as possible during afternoon itself at 3 P.M . Their staff have Pathetic behavior, very greedy, unkind and hopeless people I have ever met in my life. Would like to give zero star for service and rooms. The rooms are all having seepage problems and will horribly smell. Very unworthy of a Google review but people must be know about this place is horrible . I have to leave the city during afternoon itself because of them only . very bad experience

Very rude and clever staff. Cross check bill entries before signing it. As per bill they allowed only for 12 hours. beyond that they charge extra and even they don't emphasize it while dealing for rooms in beginning.

The service sucks, but the rooms are nice. The best thing about the hotel is that it's right next to the Temple.

Very very poor maintenance, No bed sheets, no bed spreads. The room was not cleaned at all. There were wine bottles in the room. The bathroom was so nasty. Had a very bad experience here. They are turning off the AC automatically from reception itself, we need to ask them to turn on each and every time. Not recommended at all. Very worst experience.

Good hotel in a perfect location. Not touched to temple (200 meters only) but on the prime location, where you can explore all destinations like Ram teertham, Seetha teertham, floating temple, etc. And you will find buses easily from here.

It was okish stay with them , not much facilities, language is biggest issue barely they understand the english by words n action. Nor much facilities in room only the bed, washroom was such a dirty they should able to maintain the property. Bike rental available at the property @500/- for a day till evening 6pm Some staff are good some are barely able to understand anything.

We were just cheated by them. Online rates and thier offline booking rates were totally different. They charged us 1300rs per room whereas on website each room costed around 700rs. They don't provide fresh bedsheets or fresh and dry mats near bathrooms. We requested them several times and yet they don't give any response. The manager person is main culprit here, he would act like he doesn't understand you and will not respond to any of your queries or complaints. It was not a language problem it was just an attitude problem. We took non AC rooms and he switched off geyser connections in our rooms. We were staying there in two rooms for two nights there out of which for one night we couldn't use the hot water facility. We had to call to the manager everytime we needed hot water in bathrooms and he would give connection to only one room. Pathetic behavior, very greedy, unkind and hopeless people I have ever met in my life. Would like to give zero star for service and rooms. The rooms are all having seepage problems and will horribly smell. I felt bad for his employees because his attitude towards the hotel guests was horrible, then one can understand how he treats his employees. Very unworthy of a Google review but people must be know about this place.
