Hotel Ambika

It is nice Hotel, located at very next to the temple of Rameshwaram also built in seacoast. It is so beautiful to see sunset and sunrise from the back side of the hotel. We have started at one night it was awesome experience.

The rooms had a very unpleasant smell, making our overall experience very disappointing given the price we paid—5,500 INR for two days for a non-AC room for four people. We discovered that nearby hotels offer similar accommodations with AC for just 1,200 INR. The service at this hotel was extremely poor. We requested an extra soap for the ladies in our group but only received one after repeated requests and complaints. Despite asking for room freshener, it was never provided. The staff, including the luggage attendant who was rude while assisting us, lacked basic manners. Additionally, we were directed to a subpar restaurant for food, with "Saravana Bhavan" being the only decent option nearby. We also encountered bed bugs and lizards in the room, very poor & worst maintenance. Washrooms are not at all good, The mug is worst., for hot water we need to go to ground floor & ask everytime. The language staff used is very filthy. Never book this hotel, for your own good. Overall, there are many better options available at half the price with superior ambiance and cleanliness. Don't fall for Google fake reviews & MakeMyTrip/goibibo fake reviews, I don't Recommend this hotel.

Rooms & washroom are clean , location is wow just opposite the south gate and very near to the main entrance. The price is also very reasonable. Go for it...

Totally ok.backside sea view super obviously is there any good things bad things also there, bathroom not that much neat then backside drainage is worst.

Not so great, rooms are decent, the room which they gave me water heater was broken. For people who travel solo most hotels will hesitate to give room they will check with parents sometimes to give room. It is closer to temple and other hotels, atm. A/C - 1500₹ Non A/C - 1000₹ for 24 hours

Very nice location, on one side you have the Sea on other side you have the temple. the common passage is like a balcony with sea view and sunrise view. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is cozy and AC is very good. Clean Room and Bathroom. Only problem is it's on the temple road, so vehicle drops you approx 500 mts before the hotel and you have to carry the luggage, but it's worth the peace and closeness to the temple.
