Ok ok rooms ,,smelly rooms ,no cooperative staffs..only plus is near to west tower of temple...always take rooms near east tower ...easy or temple going

The rooms were untidy and the bathroom was not in the best shape in terms of cleanliness as well. Everything seemed to have a coat of dust. The only upside, if there was one to the room was that the sheets on the mattress were clean and the mattresses were decent. Though it's quite cheap but I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms don't have proper ventilation, there was a window there, but since the location is near to the sea, there is a salty smell in the air, so it gets unpleasant after some time. Overall, it was not a good stay in terms of comfort. The staff were quite polite though.

Rooms lack cleanliness. Maintenance is very poor. E.g., the closet seat itself is loosely fitted. Not even a dust bin in the room. Even after booking online 2 days in advance, we were made to sit seeking the owner's confirmation despite showing the printed confirmation! The only advantage is proximity to the temple.

Staying here was a nightmare in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The room and the washroom had cockroaches and other little insects. The smell of the room was disgusting, thick layer of dust everywhere, from window panes to the television. Almost everything was rusty and broken in the washroom. No hanger, shower was broken, and the doormat had pile of spider web on it. Seems as if the place has never been maintained after being built and should be closed down seeing the pathetic experience!!! Can't write enough about how disgusted I was seeing this place but since the booking was already done through a relative and I arrived there in the middle of the night I couldn't change the place. Please don't ruin your stay experience by even considering this place

The lodge is only walkable distance from the west gate and very close to the temple. Staffs were friendly. Rooms are reasonably spacious but not well maintained.Lack of maintenance is visible all around. No parking space is avaliable for cars. Hope the management will take necessary action for the same. Lot of restaurant are avaliable nearby for food.

We had the worst stay in Rameswaram not worth the price. The room we saw in the photo was from some 5 star hotel. The room we had to stay had no complementaries as they offered in the app. They didn’t have a good toilet, no heater, no bed sheet for extra bed and they had lizards there. Room was not cleaned, cleanliness was not there in the corridor also. We had to suffer in the toilet too, the water we used to wash our face or like brush our teeth went straight to the toilet floor itself. Not only that they had a waste basket full of waste it was in-front of our room. The only good thing we experienced was that the hotel was close to the temple. Anyway this was so bad and we didn’t expect this to happen. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else. THANK YOU….

It was very horrible stay and they don't have basic etiquette to speak to customers. We stayed in the ground floor and no proper ventilation in room. In washroom pipes was rotating in 360° and for getting hot water in washroom we need to inform 30 minutes prior to the lodge manager to switch it on. Even after informing and waiting for more than 45 minutes we didn't get hot water in pipes We have booked for 2 extra beds 2 weekd before itself and when we asked for the beds in night the manager casually said it got wet in the upstairs due to overflow of tank. However Few minutes later we came to know that the beds were given to other rooms. Please do not get admired on seeing the photos of rooms shared.

Except for the location and proximity to the temple, there is nothing good about this lodge! To name a few- Power cut in the middle of the night, pitch darkness, opening the windows invited a host of mosquitoes.. we went to check at the reception and the staff was dozing instead of turning on the UPS.. no doormat/water jug/ towels/ soaps provided by them.. the doormat they gave after reminder was dirtier than our feet.. wiping on it after washing our feet made our feet dirty! No hot water even after waiting for 20mins after turning on the geyser!
