They are un professional staff and they don't know how to behave with his customers also don't provide services cold water, staff want tip samne se paise mangte he room clean Kiya paise do. The main person who I don't know his name he told us charges are 1500 for AC room 1 day I paid and next day he tell me 1800 rs pay. He is cheater and fraud. Sri Guru lodge is situated near the Main Rameshwaram Ghat. The sananam kund and main temple is near it. The rooms are very good and the location is calm and quiet. 1 room price is Rs. 1000. All the places are very near from here. Calm environment.

There is no lift. But everything else is good. The food is decent if not the best. You really cant expect good food in that area.

The staff is very unprofessional. They informed that rooms were available and started the check in process. But when they saw the ID address proof to be of Karnataka, they informed that rooms are not available for residents of Karnataka as local police have informed them to keep rooms for residents of Tamil Nadu. We did not face any such issue in the other hotels nearby.
