Excellent and prompt service with honest and helpful staff—thank you! There was a slight misunderstanding about the complimentary breakfast included in our Booking.com reservation, but the staff resolved it quickly and in our favor. Very responsive and professional overall.

I have booked premium room for three days.Insufficient light as fifty percent of the lighting equipments are out of order.TV was also out of order.No action has been initiated for the above problems. For next two days again I have booked one suite.I must appreciate Subhankar Biswakarma for his nice attitude and cooperation for last two days.

Excellent Stay. Everything was Perfect. Staff were helpful. They also told us about places to visit in varanasi. Food was a little bit expensive but it was nice. ||Little Bit away but it offers good connectivity and is located at a peaceful place.

Enjoyed my stat during this hot weather and i got hurt while checking in. On that time i asked the staff for some meds and ice and they provided with care, and the entire team was very nice and polite special thanks to Saif and Atul ji for my great experience. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location was convenient, it was in posh area near major attractions. The room had all the essentials. Overall, a good stay for the price. Also the food was excellent, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. Especially dragon paneer, it was yummy. Breakfast options were particularly impressive. The service was attentive and quick, making for a pleasant dining experience. Most importantly being a girl on a solo trip, i felt safe in Kiaara. #Highly_Recommended ♥️♥️♥️

My stay at Hotel Kiaara was quite pleasant. The rooms were good and comfortable, though the bathrooms were a bit small. One thing to note is that the hotel is accessible via a small road from the main road, and parking is located away from the hotel, which might be a slight inconvenience for those traveling by car. However, the hospitality made up for it—Mr. Shubham was exceptionally helpful and provided valuable information for visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Varanasi.
