Everything is fine, decent room and cleanliness. The staffs are very kind, especially Mr. Shubham Vishwakarmq at the reception was willing to go out of his way to help all the guests. Had a great time during my stay.

I recently visited Banaras with my friends for Dev Diwali and stayed at Kiaara Hotel, Shivpur, for five days. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Banaras! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and maintained in excellent condition. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the AC and TV, which made our stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their helpful nature added a personal touch to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Banaras, I highly recommend considering Kiaara Hotel, Shivpur. We hosted our Mehndi and engagement functions at Kiara Hotel, and it was a truly incredible experience! The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous, ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, and the ambiance added a magical touch to our celebrations. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes that all our guests loved. The venue was maintained immaculately—neat, clean, and elegant. The room is built in a very good place, there is a lot of space in the room, the rooms were net and clean, the room was very comfortable, the food was very tasty, the staff there helped us a lot, Mr. Shan Chaudhary was very kind! And looking good 👍😊 thanku so much all of you
