The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location was convenient, it was in posh area near major attractions. The room had all the essentials. Overall, a good stay for the price. Also the food was excellent, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. Especially dragon paneer, it was yummy. Breakfast options were particularly impressive. The service was attentive and quick, making for a pleasant dining experience. Most importantly being a girl on a solo trip, i felt safe in Kiaara. #Highly_Recommended ♥️♥️♥️

My stay at Hotel Kiaara was quite pleasant. The rooms were good and comfortable, though the bathrooms were a bit small. One thing to note is that the hotel is accessible via a small road from the main road, and parking is located away from the hotel, which might be a slight inconvenience for those traveling by car. However, the hospitality made up for it—Mr. Shubham was exceptionally helpful and provided valuable information for visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Varanasi.

Everything is fine, decent room and cleanliness. The staffs are very kind, especially Mr. Shubham Vishwakarmq at the reception was willing to go out of his way to help all the guests. Had a great time during my stay.

I recently visited Banaras with my friends for Dev Diwali and stayed at Kiaara Hotel, Shivpur, for five days. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Banaras! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and maintained in excellent condition. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the AC and TV, which made our stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their helpful nature added a personal touch to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Banaras, I highly recommend considering Kiaara Hotel, Shivpur. Hotel Kiara gives the best service in Varanasi, the receptionist there, Shubham Vishwakarma, was very nice boy... It also AC provides very good cooling the food was tasty The room was also very nice and clean The location was very good and it was very peaceful too.
