I went to Agra from Dehradun with my family and stayed at Hotel Mark Royal. The service there is not good at all. After checking in, the dustbin was already full of old garbage. I told them to clean it but they did not clean it. Order something to eat and they say he is not a chef. So my experience of the hotel is increasing but Agra is good.

I recently stayed this hotel during my trip to agra and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle of the main town, which means peaceful surroundings and absolutely stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. Waking up to that scenery was a highlight in itself! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-heated, which was much appreciated in the cold weather. The balcony offered panoramic views, perfect for enjoying a hot cup of tea. Room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff did a great job each day. The staff were polite and always ready to help with directions, local transport, The restaurant serves a good mix of Indian and continental food. Breakfast was complimentary and had a decent spread – hot parathas, and fresh fruits. Overall, this hotel was great value for money and added a lot to our Manali experience. Would definitely recommend it for couples, bachelors or families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
