The hotel staff is pretty cooperative. They let me early check-in without any charges. It's a newly built one so the rooms are awesome. The bathroom fittings are also branded. Overall it's nice place in rs 850 per day.

Hotel was good, but the hotel receptionist Mr.Rajender was utterly against to OYO & very rude with his behaviour towards guests and he had even bluffed us, saying that only one room is available by allotting us single-2X room instead of Suite-4X for which I'd booked & paid more in advance. Room service & house keeping guys were not prompt & professional. My best advice for those who want to book this Capital O 15493 The Royal Hotel, kindly confirm the booked room prior to check-in & pay the payment at the time of check-out. And also at the time of check out, kindly don't give your mobile to the hotel receptionist even if he asks your mobile bcoz he himself will login to your OYO app & forcibly rate 5 stars for all services without your prior confirmation & willingness. Otherwise the hotel is good to stay along with family as a whole & very particular with kids.

1 star just for the building. Very unprofessional staff. Had to ask for water so many times. Television subscription was expired it was there just for the decor and same with the air conditioner. Bedsheet torn and dirty. Food was not so good and was too expensive. Basic room amenities poor and delayed. Very disappointing experience in this hotel.

Bad service. No house keeping. Reception doesn't answer calls most of the times. The room and floor is filled with dirt. No parking inside the hotel. No outside food is allowed. Hotel's food is overpriced and really tasteless. In short find yourself some other place to stay.

Pros- big rooms, clean bathrooms, nice lawn, tasty food at normal rates. Cons- slow service, no geyser, for getting hot water, 40 buckets of water will first flow away and get wasted then you will get hot water, the led tv and set top boxes need to be repaired in some rooms as the channel gets fixed and you have no options.Lot of noise of trains as the railway station is just in front. Rest all is good. ;)

It's a good hotel with all modern amenities. But, the only thing that dissapointed me was the Oyo team. I had booked the hotel for three nights but I was denied the booking for the 3rd night and neither the Oyo team nor the hotel people helped me. I had paid the full booking amount in advance so I was shifted to a different hotel that too after great argument and dispute and believe me that hotel was a nightmare. The condition there was pathetic. I had no option as I was on a vacation with my family. Never believe these Oyo people and never pay them in advance . These Oyo people along with the hotel management simply cheat their customers.

It's a very very bad experience. If u want to plan to stay here don't do it. They r fraud people. They will charge u extra and extra for the food they didn't even provide. Food quality is very bad. My elder brother is feeling very sick after lunch. don't stay there. and last but not the least their behaviour masha allah, they don't even know how to behave with a women.

Good but they are new, u have to ask n remind for everything. Also the restaurant is not running full fledged right now. But one particular kitchen staff went out of his way to provide us with everything for my toddler. He followed all instructions for the milk we needed for the baby and did everything with a smile on his face.
