Hotel NP Palace, Idgah

Would like to highlight some point. We booked this hotel almost 20 days before through Agoda and got confirmation message. When we had chat with the hotel management they said they can't see the booking and told that we were scammed and asked us to pay again for booking we paid 50% of total and got it confirmed.the guy who dealt with us named as Ankit. After some days we called again to the hotel for confirming, nobody picked up the call and then somehow we managed to get hotel owner number and we had a chat with him then he said that the person whom we paid 50 % was also a fraud. We were scared to hear that. After we got confirmation from Mr. Deepak who is hotel owner. When we reached on our date we saw hotel rooms were not ready, whole hotel was dirty, toilet rooms were leaking and many other things which we don't like. And one thing I want to state that the fraudster Ankit who took 50% booking amount is the same person who was sitting on reception. We travelled with 3 senior citizens and it was shameful and harassing for us to spend our night in np palace. I think np palace should take strong action against Mr. Ankit whom we paid and then we paid again on reception for stay. We will be booking complain against him and the hotel. We don't want others to suffer as we did.
