Nandika Residency

Worst service ever. We booked our rooms three days in advance only to be told our rooms have been "overbooked" on the day of arival. The owner then offered us much worse rooms for the same price and eventually threatened to leave if we don't like the rooms or price at 1 in the morning knowing full well we didn't had any other choice. The rooms we got were in a different building altogether and didn't have a functioning flush, one had water problems. The building itself was halfway under construction, the owner told us the building was 30 years old and was going through reservation, an obvious lie. Plus the manager had the audacity to tell us to checkout early the next morning In short only go here if you want to risk not having a roof over your head for the two three days you are vacationing here.

We can give -ve rating if possible. You never get into check in on time if more demand on weekends they try to make you cancel from your side. We had waited for 4 hours with small kids to check in but it’s not done and with frustration we canceled the room that is also panthetic to refund

Perfect mid range room stay 1000/- Room was clean, fresh bedsheet, Western toilet, hot water. Reception guy was kind and understandable. He knows Hindi and English well. Room location is at a walkable distance to the beach.

Room was clean and tidy.. The staffs were helpful. Definitely a VFM stay for the money. Only cons is there is no lift.. It will be an issue if you don't get room in ground floor. There's no restaurant within the hotel. But lots of options in the vicinity. Also all the major attractions including the beach are at walkable distance

Hotel is not good, they are not keeping clean, AC not working, even if you book the two rooms they are not keeping reserve they are telling that it is in a different floors, they are not giving a good service. Bad experience I will not suggest this to take up.

Location is right next to tourist attraction, I would say it would be too much suffocating to stay in nasty room lot of dust in bed , no proper tidy bedsheet no water bottle no lock for restroom, sink tap doesn't even work , pillows are decades old the towels that they provide is no less than floor mat its completely like beach recovery cloth I didn't even close my eyes , single speed fan that's 5 it gives more horrible experience since it was weekend din get much to choose , even if they give it for less dnt ever choose hope it helps other tourists, there are better once its good if u book hotel prior [big big 🚫] 🚫NANDIKA RESIDENCY🚫 0/10

After a long drive stayed in Nandhika Residency, felt like home. A Decent family stay in., AC room in planned budget. Very good room service. Spl Thanks for the room service. Safe for family, and it’s very close to Pallava’s Beach Temple. I suggest this for family and friends and even a safe stay for girls outing. We ladies felt very safe. Thank you. Will visit again.

Accomodation available at affordable price. Vey clean and neatly rooms are maintained. Owner is very good person and co-operated fully. The property is located at prime location and all the sight seeing available at at walkable distance. Although rooms are cozycan comfortably accomodate 02 adults and children. I would highly recommend this place for accomodation at Mahabalipuram. Also, attaching the few photos of property and sightseeing places.
