"One of the worst hotels in Bhilwara. Do not visit. The staff lacks proper manners when speaking to customers, and the owner has hired thugs.

We had a good experience during our stay. The staff is extremely courteous. Rooms are small but good. Need improvement on the washroom and bed linen. Overall good for a short stay.

The hotel is good but there is no parking facility in the hotel due to which there is a lot of trouble. The hotel's accord room tariff is very high. Hotel staff is very corporate in nature and room service is very good.

Located in market no. 3, half km from railway station. It is a dense area. The hotel does not provide parking. Hotel do not have its own restaurant, it just have pantry for refreshments. It is good for one or two nights stay, not more than that. Rooms are neat and tidy. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Situated in the heart of the city. The hotel has only 20 rooms. You can enjoy shopping in nearby area. There are soo many restaurants near the hotel.

Not Your B

Beware! This hotel's management are crooks and the hotel is not as per the impression you get by looking at the photos!||My friend and I booked a 13 nights stay on a reputable online site (booking).||We had a confirmed reservation backed up with credit card details.||On the first day (the 3rd May) there was a mega sand storm that killed 117 people and destroyed thousands of houses in the state of Rajahstan which is why we had to delay our arrival by one day.||We notified the manager of the hotel on the number provided. My friend is local of Rajahstan and so he speaks the local dialect and was assured by the manager that the room will be kept for us and that the reservation is in order. He even explained how to get to the property as we were on the way in a cab.||When we arrived at the hotel we realized this is a seedy joint. The location is inside a busy market and the building is dirty and the kind of place you wouldn't want to stay in.||The receptionist claimed he has no trace of our reservation (!!) though we provided the written confirmation. He said that the price of the AC room is triple that of our reservation. He said he can provide a 'non AC room' and even that room was more expensive than the AC Room we had a confirmation for.||Of course staying in a non AC Room was out of the question because the weather was 41 degrees celsius and there are no windows so the fan is useless anyhow (it actually makes it worst because it blows 50 degrees air which is not pleasant at all.||We called the online site help line and they were prompt in telling us we should not accept to pay more or accept to stay in a non AC Room especially that the AC Room was available (we saw it and it was empty). They called the manager but he pretended not to speak English (though he spoke English just fine when off the phone!).||The most pathetic thing of all was that he even denied ever speaking to us or having given us direction to the hotel just an hour earlier. My friend called his phone and surprise surprise it rang nd he even answered it. There we were sitting next to him and talking to him on the phone yet he still denied that it was his number. It was getting so ridiculous (it reminded me of a comedy scene in an old Indian Movie called ;Jane bhi do yaaro' where two persons are talking to each other holding phone receivers in their hands but not acknowledging each other... ||I decided to put an end to this farce and we told the manager we do not accept to pay any extras and not happy to stay there. He began a desperate attempt to bargain to keep us there but we left with a sigh of relief that we were out with all our belongings in tact.||The bottom line is this is not a hotel fit for travelers. It is a few rooms rented out by a bunch of hopeless young men whose prime objective is to rip off everyone. They use the pics of the single AC Room that they have and is used as bait to lure and trap unsuspecting tourists. I asked the receptionist to switch on the AC but he refused. instead he took the AC remote and hid it in his pocket which leads me to believe that even the AC Room has no functioning AC and/or that the AC is loud and ineffective.||The house keeping is very poor judging by the dirty linen and the staff is, oh well, you have to see it to believe it. Avoid like the plague!
