Rate are 2200+GST. They keep snacks and cold drink in rooms which are changeable. They charge for water bottles too. Charges are double the MRP of any item. The chocolates were stall and stinky. Wafers were soggy. The food items were expired date. Atleast check your food items as you charge them. Even the cheap hotels give 1 water bottle

I am regular customer to visit here frequently. Everytime I was getting best experience. But this time I got slight disappointed by their service and room quality. Room was not cleaned well, washroom was also not flushed after someone used. Towel was not there in room. Very little space in room, although it was a super deluxe room.

One of the best hotel. Rooms are very Clean and specially their staff Behaviour is very soft and very polite. Overall Good Hotel and the small budget

This is an average hotel, Amenities in rooms are good,mini fridge is available,beds are good but our super deluxe room was less spacious and congested,room service was poor and very slow,they put only one sachet of shampoo and a very little soap piece,how three members can use one sachet of shampoo,later they provided more after we called reception,we had to call for towels also,staff is not proper in numbers so room service was very slow there,food was not good ,poor quality and tasteless,cleanliness is so much bad but improvement is required,over all fit for an overnight stay in downtown for tourists,for business purposes it is good for more days but keep in mind you will find only average facility standards there,not too good and not too bad,thanks --

I have stayed here for 10 days you can verify my name also. Everything was going well, the room was okay, and the food was perfect and everything. Until the guy named Ravi spoke to me. He was so rude, and he doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. I am here as a guest and you guys have treated me very badly. I am never coming back. If you stay here, do not expect respect from them.

Booked for 1night but my experience is not good..lots of issues faced no water in washroom taps...untidy washrooms in all rooms ,no shower option. They will provide you window AC which is 7-8 yr old model. Also they will ask you for money if you use fridge items and snack which is conplimentary. Most Important : They will take some diposit amount while booking Room🤣🤣 Solution: You will get good option near by this hotel. Do not book this hotels all of them are uneducated even they don't bother if you face any issue.. they just want money thats it.

Parking facility is not available only owner self park in surrounding the market and after night when you will pik car than you will find that car was totally spoil actually birds beet on the car if you like your car neat and clean than you have to pay 300 to 350 rs for car cleaning....I'll never staying

Hotel Staff is good and cooperating. But the rooms are not cleaned properly especially at corners and near furnitures. Even the towels provided to me were not clean. Food is average. I was told by a staff that mini bar is complimentary but I was charged for it at the time of check out. Staffs need to be aware of what is complimentary and what is not. Lift is so small and compact that not more than two adults can accommodate into it. Rest all is good. Service is also very good.
