Hotel Jalaj Retreat

Rooms are a bit small, but well maintained and good enough for 2 people max. Food is really good though. And that's why I survived there for 5 days. Some good food always cancels put all negatives for me. Staff is very humble and polite as well. The hotel is located in one of main markets of Bhilwara. Just outside hotel you can go and shop anything from shoes to sweets , from bags to bakery bun.

Not a worth you spent. Rooms are very small and if we talked about hygiene and cleanliness then it's 2/5. But location is okay. It's just good for those who are on business trip and want to spend a limited pocket. Otherwise I will not recommended it for couples and family. It's better to look more options than Jalaj Retreat as it is never a retreat for me.

Bhilwara is a city which is rarely on anybody's tourism map so Business Travel usually requires short stay and for that this Hotel is excellent. Small Rooms and the ones facing the Road have warm sunlight coming in through curtains in the morning.||||Moreover, from Delhi, the best way to visit Bhilwara is not via flight but via Chetak Express and after you reach at 04:30 AM, you can easily walk to Jalaj and check-in comfortably.||||Nice Owner Mr Jalaj and his father (whom I personally met) with no hassles about payment early morning. They offer Room only without Breakfast and openly suggest "if you wish to, you can have Breakfast outside" which is a really nice suggestion considering you are in the heart of city near Railway Station with numerous options for quick affordable breakfast.||||Right opposite Jalal Retreat is the famous Shobha Aloo Vada where I had my breakfast after taking 5-hour rest and was ready for work on time. Finished my work by 6 PM, came back to room, freshened up, had dinner and checked-out at 7 PM to walk to Chetak Express. Even if I would have needed to stay for 1-2 more nights, I would still prefer Jalaj Retreat because of the nice warm behavior by both Jalajji and his father.

I visited this hotel as a solo traveller. ||||It is located off the main road and very close to Bhilwara Railway Station. There are many shops and markets nearby. There is no scenic view from the room. Though hotel is on busy road, the rooms are quieter. Sleep quality is good.||||Rooms and Linen were relatively clean. Rooms were provided with a television and proper chair-tables. This is a budget hotel and does NOT have wifi, Air conditioner, travel desk or minibar. Person at reception was familiar with area, he suggested me the restaurants and markets nearby.||||I found it to be an average budget hotel. ||||There is no restaurant/ breakfast in the hotel. Small cafeteria and dining halls are nearby.

Overall , it was a good experience. Staff was polite but kind of unprofessional. Could have washed the bedsheets & pillow covers on regular basis. Clean washrooms , Clean room . Yeah it was a good place to spend the night in decent price.

The best place to stay in Bhilwara near by Railway Station with very nice service, good food and a cooperative staff. Highly recommend. It's located in the heart of the city and nearby almost everything you want to reach in Bhilwara. Recently renovated with best interiors and very calm ambience. It's a total value for money... |

Bad points: No lift facility available. Rooms and washroom are small and not maintained. Chairs are broken. Food is not so good. Good Points: Nearby Railway station. In a market area. Staff and owner nature is good.

If you want to stay in micro rooms at a huge cost then you should definitely visit this hotel.
