My overall experience was Suparb.. Room neat & clean... Staff behavior was friendly.. Service was perfect.... There is rooftop restaurant amazing ambiance food was delicious.... It's really value of money

Whenever there is a private booking in the hotel for any function, they play music all night and you cant sleep in your room with such loud music. I dont recommend booking this. Rooms are big enough for couples to stay. Cleanliness is good.

We booked 2 rooms for our family. The rooms alloted to us were very dirty and unhygienic, so we had to get them changed.|The reception staff is courteous but that's where it ends. The cleaning Staff were shabbily dressed and at 1 point around 12 30 in the night we had a drunk staff knocking our door, asking if we wanted the room to be cleaned.||Also the worst part is that the rooms are on the 9th and 10th floors and they have a rooftop restaurant on 11th floor where they play extremely loud music till beyond midnight. I had to literally go and sit at the reception to ask them to get the volume reduced. There were other hotel guests also requesting them to get the music stopped but the reception staff said they were helpless.||Definitely not recommended for any family or business visits.

I stayed here today and when I was in washroom the water tank got empty and there were no water at all.. Very poorly managed however people on reception Claim to be the manager and was like sir ho jata hai kabhi kabhi.. Absolutely unprofessional and highly recommend not to visit this hotel..

I felt harassed as after a long long train journey I was not given room in time. My room was given to someone else as they thought I’ll not show up. Really unprofessional. The person at the counter kept asking me to cancel the booking. Pathetic situation that was.

The worst hotel i have ever visited in my life After reaching the reception they took 1 hour 45 minutes to hand over the rooms key and the lift in dere hotel is literraly a night mare u have to wait atleast 10 minutes every time u get in d lift and i have to carry my whole luggage myself up and down at d time of check in and check out and adding to d misery in d morning i had to wait 2 hours for d breakfast dat to after several reminders on d phone and i had to go to d reception for reminding dem about d breakfast and adding more to the misery dey play DJ in dere hall whole night in full sound which u will feel in ur room as if u are on d DJ floor

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
