NillA Nightmare Experience at Hotel Plaza: Unwanted Guests, Unprofessional Owner, and Unfair Charges My recent stay at Hotel Plaza can only be described as a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it became abundantly clear that this establishment lacked even the most basic standards of hospitality. Not only did I encounter insects and spiders in my room, but the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the owner, along with their unfair demands for additional payment, made for an utterly unpleasant experience. Upon entering my room, I was met with an unwelcome surprise—an infestation of insects and spiders. It was evident that the hotel had serious cleanliness issues, as the pests freely roamed around the room. The sight of creepy crawlies crawling on the walls and scurrying across the floor left me disgusted and uncomfortable throughout my stay. It is simply unacceptable for a hotel to neglect such a fundamental aspect of guest comfort and well-being. Adding insult to injury was the owner's unprofessional and arrogant behavior. When I approached them regarding the insect and spider problem, instead of offering a genuine apology and a swift resolution, they adopted an air of superiority and dismissed my concerns. It was disheartening to be met with such condescension and a complete lack of empathy. Their behavior only served to further exacerbate the already unpleasant situation. To make matters worse, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the owner that my room had been changed due to my delayed arrival. This change was made without any prior notification or consent on my part. To my disbelief, the owner then had the audacity to demand additional payment for the supposedly upgraded room. This demand felt entirely unfair and unjustified, as I had made my reservation based on the room originally assigned to me. The overall service at Hotel Plaza was nothing short of abysmal. The staff demonstrated a lack of attentiveness and professionalism, further contributing to the negative experience. Basic requests were ignored or met with indifference, and there was no genuine effort made to rectify the issues I faced during my stay. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Plaza was a complete disaster. The presence of insects and spiders in the room, coupled with the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the owner, created an atmosphere of discomfort and frustration. To make matters worse, the owner's demand for additional payment after changing my room without consent was wholly unfair. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value cleanliness, professionalism, fair treatment, and a positive guest experience. There are undoubtedly superior alternatives available that prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold the standards of hospitality.

NillVery dirty and stinky rooms.owner was rude and mannerless. Bathroom tabs not working and broken.they gives preference to the unmarried couples only who pays extra just for the illegal stay there. Never recommend this pathetic hotel to any family. Please don't waste your time and money by choosing this hotel.
