Tulip Inn Zirakpur

Such a bad experience! Being a frequent traveller, I usually stay at reputed properties like Holiday Inn, Ramada, etc., but this time I thought of giving Tulip Inn a try — and it was a mistake. To start with, they don’t even keep a conditioner in the bathroom. We had booked a double room, but there was only one towel provided, and the hair dryer wasn’t working either. The breakfast was terrible — everything was cold, and the F&B team looked half asleep. Even the lobby washroom was poorly maintained; the door knobs were jammed. I mentioned all these issues to the front office during checkout, but the person at the desk was absolutely blank and just said “sorry.” That’s it. Overall, a weird and unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.

We were a group of 16 and had booked 6 rooms at Tulip Inn. We reached around 12:30 midnight but check-in was very smooth. Breakfast was originally till 10:00 AM, but since we arrived late, the staff kindly extended it till 10:45 AM. Our flight was also delayed, and they allowed us late checkout till 2:00 PM (instead of the usual 12:00 PM), which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience — excellent staff, good food, and clean, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting!

This was my first stay at Tulip Inn Zirakpur, and overall, I had a very good experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which is a must for both work and leisure. I had booked the MAP plan, and I must say, the dinner served was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The hotel’s restaurant also has a pleasant ambiance and serves a good variety of dishes. The breakfast spread was generous, with plenty of options to choose from. That said, I did miss seeing South Indian staples like dosa and medu vada—a small suggestion for the management to consider adding for better regional balance. The cleanliness, service, food quality, and comfort. I’d definitely recommend Tulip Inn. Would love to come back again.

recently stayed in Tulip Inn with family. we booked 3 rooms. ||Rooms were good, service was prompt and breakfast buffet was also good. ||Overall, its a nice hotel, conveniently located on highway.

Good Hotel just at the start of Zirakpur flyover on the main road and walking distance from Zirakpur bus stand. Rooms are little bit small and cozy but with all modern amenities. Staff of the hotel is very cooperative and helpful. Food is also good.

The rooms are narrow and not at the price range. The service and ambience is very nice. The complimentary breakfast was so good.

So we were here for our lunch and our experience was quite good !! The behaviour of staff was totally corporating and nice .Mr Sonu gave a very good service for food and all .The otherside Mrs Anjana used to manage all things greatly with a sweet behaviour.!! Thankyou
